Been going to Chili's forever and ironically never have had the chili before this visit and it was pretty good. My girl and I... had the PB&J shot and the Green Tea shot. I thought the Green Tea shot was better. My Chicken Avocado Bacon sandwich was great. Read more

This chillis needs a remodel and a new management or refresh management on how to take care of a restaurant and flow of a... restaurant. The booths are all ripped up and the tables aren’t cleaned properly the service is terrible restrooms are filthy&the kitchen looks like it’s not in regulations for health and safety. I don’t see chillis making it another two years theway it’s going at this location. Read more

Worst service ever! Waited for 40 min . When it came time to be seated. One of the four host ask for how many? I assumed he... wrote down when I asked for a booth for 3. He takes us to a table. I still politely say, can we please move to a booth I hadasked for one. By the way , he was the host who semi welcomed us. Then he said well, it will be a minute. We where just hungryand in the area. Another note, the restaurant itself was dirty. There were napkins, straws and food all over the floor. Withfour host just hanging out talking, doing nothing. I was left wondering why so many of them where needed , when the restaurantwasn’t that busy and they seemed to not be able to pick up a broom. Totally disappointed! Read more

Generally Chili's has been a nice place to grab some food. First time going to this precise location and unfortunately it wasn't... great. Wish I could say the place was understaffed but it wasn't. The staff here just seems mismanaged as they had about 3 to 4people at the front desk hosting. After asking for a booth and being told the want would be 20 to 40 min we still decided towait only to finally be called and took us to a regular table. We politely said we asked for a booth and the host had no ideaapparently even though he was the one that greeted us and asked what we wanted. He proceeded to tell us we would have to waitfor a booth (again). We weren't going to wait any longer and decided to leave. One day doesn't define this place I'm sure. I ordered the brisket. They served a portion that was about 2 to 3 forkfulls. I said something they brought Me another plate...... same size, but this one was half fat and drowning in BBQ sauce and COLD. (See photos) it was a tremendous waste of money. Theyused to serve sliced brisket, that was a good value. Now they try to pass off this shredded "pulled pork looking" beef drowningin sauce as their brisket. Read more
