The drive through no longer is fast takes almost 30 minutes the last few times something has changed. I have tried to go inside... and realized that online orders have taken over and really slowed down the fast, efficient service chic filet was once knownfor. I love chick fil a, I've never had an issue with their service but food quality I've noticed has been going down. I asked for a... grilled patty did not get that and I ask for a lettuce rap, when I get home I opened my sandwich Box and there were 2 soggy sadlooking lettuces. The manager sure knows how to delegate workers. The line looked terrible upon arrival but the workers worked smoothly and... diligently so it was a clean glide through the line. Great job with upper management abilities. The food was good. The kidswere happy. Wifey was happy and so was I. Read more
Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are... always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location isgiven a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Honestly, such slow service. Why do I get to order ahead to make things easier for a restaurant and then have to wait 20 plus... minutes after my order is ready? Lots of employees here, very few working. I would only come to the Chick-fil-A if you have allthe time in the world. Read more
