Very good Angus and Spanish burgers. The food court also has lots of continental, Mexican and Asian outlets, so this is a nice... place for a mixed meal. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours/weekend but a few minutes wait should be enough to find aspot. Read more
Found hair in 1 of our burgers . I had ordered 2 burgers . I want my full refund . They only wanted to refund 1 of the burgers... not 2 , What makes you think ima eat my burger if one of them had hair in it . The cooks in the back don?t even have hair nets.Mind you all them have long hair . I don?t recommend this burger spot .never coming here again spoke to the manager and she liedon the phone saying all her employees have hair nets which they clearly don?t . Disgusting place Read more
I only got fries and a drink and... meh. Fries were dry and mediocre, not to mention it was a small amount and the cup of ranch... that came with it was too little as well. The plastic cups the drinks came in were super flimsy and it was kinda hard to holdthe drink. Even the counters where they take your order had this weird decor on the front that just doesn't look good. I came here to Haven City with my family. we do pretty often, about 2 or 3 times a month. Burger Rim is my niece + nephew's... favorite. I appreciate that they have a gluten free option. my nephew can't eat gluten. Anyways we got him 2 of the gluten freebun cheeseburgers. I don't think it looks appealing. He ate one and said the bun was too filling. I don't know if he liked itvery much. besides the food, they have good service. the staff is very polite. I appreciate them. Read more
This is our first time visiting and eating at this place. Burger IM is located inside Haven City Market. We ordered the Cowboy... burger, the Angus burger, we had onion rings and sweet potato fries for our sides. Both burgers were delicious and cookedperfectly (medium well) so let them know if you want it well done. Read more
My wife and I had a amazing first time experience eating at this BURGERIM location. The Quality of the food was spot on and the... attention to detail on the ingredients really stood out. The freshness of the burgers buns really enhanced the experience aswell. Remember the classic style BURGERIM burgers are alittle bigger than traditional slider portions. We had our Daughters 1st bday party here because....Well its just perfect! The food is amazing and not too expensive! I bought 2... party boxes, 24 wings and beer for my guest and everyone raved on how the food was amazing. The set up was perfect and theowners were beyond hospitable and welcoming.
