got sick after eating here one night on a sunday before close x( the next day, my number 2 just felt stuck inside as if the... cheese was rubber. it took me a week just to get past the pain and another week to feel normal again. my girlfriend had the sameproblem. Do not come here for your lunch hour! I was in line for 30 minutes. Managers you need to train your staff; lunch hour is... approaching all all stations should be fully stocked to get going. Every time I requested an item the guy had to go to back andget it.The place needs a deep clean! Take pride in your restaurant. I dont think i will be returning to this location for a while. Their customer service is one of the worst i have encountered in... a while. The cashier was ok but the others acted as if my order was a bother too them. Just to make it worse i asked for adrizzle of balsamic and she drowned my pizza with it! See picture. I had to soak it up with paper towels. I was afraid to askfor a redo and risk my food getting spit in. For reference i went in around 1pm on a Tuesday. Store was pretty empty for beinglunch hour. We came at Blaze Pizza on February 28, 2018. The girl at the front to take our order was relatively patient as we were not... familiar with the process. During the pizza making process, they were nice enough to explain everything to us when we askedregarding the toppings: meats, cheeses and vegetables. The waiting time was short - about 6 to 7 minutes. The pizza was okay andthe staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would give them 5 stars but they had several tables that were not cleaned down.However, we were satisfied with the overall experience and hopefully we will come here again. Read more
