This was our second time here. The first time being over a year ago. The food and service was good but over priced and they... don't have any hot sauce. Good thing I always have some in my purse. The Tomahawk for two was cooked perfectly. The octopussalad was more of a couscous salad not much octopus in the salad. My husband liked the bone marrow. Over all everything was goodbut nothing really stood out to make us say wow. Read more

Some of the best food I?ve ever had. The atmosphere was great. I loved the open kitchen and everyone was so helpful and... informative about the menu. Our server was Vanessa who is also the bartender. She did great in both departments! You have to trythe Bowie when you visit! Thank you Biest for not disappointing on our very rare date night . 5 stars! Read more

Fernando is one of the most creative and humble bartenders I have ever met. He made an off-the-menu drink for me to taste... something with egg white. (cause I never tried one). It was delicious and unique. I tried Salmon, and it was very crispy andtasty as well. This place gives you great vibes with its well-decorated bar and kitchen. Biest just became my favorite cocktailstop. Also, the waitress was charming and helpful. Looking forward to being back here. Read more

Wow wow wow! @biest.irv killed it across the board today from service, to food, to ambiance, everything hit. My appetizers... included a duck hummas, and lamb belly flatbread. The hummus had perfect texture and excellent flavor. I throughly enjoyed itand scooped up every last drop with their fresh made pita bread. Yum! The lamb flat bread was so savory with delicious dollopsof juicy lamb belly, cheese and whole cloves of roasted garlic. It was absolutely satisfying. Before my main I also had the red shakshouka, a chorizo, peppers, spices and poached egg dish that had just the right amount of kick. The egg was poached beautifully and the yolk spilled out over the dish creating a symphony of flavors. The main course consisted of a doublebone-in Tomahawk with bone marrow and garlic butter. The meat was exceptionally seasoned and the marrow was plentiful. Igleefully feasted on this gigantic serving of meat and marrow. Not only was the meal great, Ashley my server was attentive andcharming. She absolutely added another element to my dining experience. I eagerly anticipate coming back again during dinnerhours and trying more dishes from @biest.irv Read more

Fantastic food served in an eclectic atmosphere. They have an open kitchen so you can see the magic happening right in front of... you. Among the highlights were the duck hummus, lobster pasta and the lamb skewers - but really, you can't go wrong here. Andoh, the pita bread (fresh out of the wood-fire oven)! The only downside is that it is really pricey Read more

This place seemed very promising with a very interesting menu. We started with duck hummus with heavenly pita bread fresh out of... the oven. Vegetable crudités was good too. Next came our entrees leg of lamb, quail, and duck breast skewer. The presentationwas superb. Flavors were good but not very exciting. Overall, I would give them 4 stars but for the fact that none of theemployees wore masks, from the host to the waitresses and bartender and kitchen staff. Not masking during a COVID surge bothersme. I?m not sure if I?ll feel comfortable coming back here. Read more
