On 08/31/2022 at 6:30. Two couples came for the boneless wing special. Chicken was so hard we could not Eat.We took it home for... our dog, Girlfriend had Salmon and lived it , my friends wife had chicken fingers and liked it, took 40 minutes for our meal toarrive. The customers next to us left as their food never arrived. A couple at a table across from us refused their desert asthey were ready to leave when it arrived. the waiter did say it was his first day and apologized to our table for taking solong. He also apologized to the couple leaving. All Hand sanitizer stations were empty. I used the women's rest room to wash myhands. left a 20% tip as it was not the waiters fault. Read more

This location and most locations seem to be in the twilight zone. Short staffed and slow service to the point it seemed like... zombie land. Orders not taken correctly and when the order came , items were missing or incorrect. The staff seemed to ignoreyou, didn't smile or bring utensils or return to refresh your drinks. I understand the problem and dilemma. But their job is toprovide good customer service and serve good food. Well today this is lacking. I hope things turn around soon. The food lackedalso. Read more

Went here Sunday night (6/12/22). The bartender made my partner and me some amazing drinks, gave us the right amount of... attention, and helped get the couple next to us their food when someone in the kitchen had sustained an injury. He really shouldget a raise. More money keeps good servers continuing to provide excellent service. Food was delicious. Arriving during happyhour was a bonus. 10/10 would dine and drink here again. Had a wonderful dinner at the Rancho Cucamonga Applebees last night! After the oscars night, The server, was awesome, friendly... and attentive. I ordered a pasta tagliatelle, and it was so so so so delicious! Cooked perfectly, fresh chicken & great whitesauce, and in addition i tried the soup ????....my friend ordered also another soup and pasta and delicious as well. Thanks tothe kitchen staff for our great dinner! We Will definitely be back ???? Read more
