Check your mobile order before you leave. They seem to not care about the quality of online orders unfortunately ): Paying $26... and getting both the orders wrong just feels bad. Please do better because I want to support this location but won't if myorders keep getting messed up. Our order said it would take 10 minutes to make, 5 minutes later I got a text saying it's ready.Wish they would have used that extra 5 minutes for quality control lol. I can understand messing up if it's hella busy but itwas very slow when we ordered. Read more
I don?t know why but when I ate the burger the taste was different compared to another store, the french fries are very salty.
This location seems to be super popular with to-go orders, so there's plenty of seating available for dining in. They have... multiple ordering touch screens by the door so you can order and pay yourself. I loved how affordable everything on the menuwas! Plus, the food was delicious. BE Back Rating- fo shuh! My boss and I ordered on line. I arrived at the curbside pick up Parking space about 10 minutes later.... The food came out in under 10 minutes. So I would say that the service was good. This was on a Friday around lunch time. Myburger was fantastic with the toasted bread and the sweet and cold bbq sauce. I like my fresh burger with various flavors-ketchup, mayonnaise, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, etc.- and that?s what I got. And the bacon was expectedly crispy,therefore; easy to bite through. I hate it when a piece of food is chewy and difficult to separate. It usually ends up on mychin. But I really came back for the green bean tempura with Siracha sauce! Excellent side dish with anything, really. Itwasn?t too spicy for me and not too sweet. You think this would be a 5 star review but the ordering process was a littleconfusing. We weren?t sure if the ?add? meant add something new or add what we just picked. So it took longer than expected forthat part of the process. Food is fresh, place is clean, families tend to be seen coming here often with their children. The fries are amazing, bathrooms... are clean and the ambiance is right. Their strawberry lemonade is pretty good! The price is right ~$9/$10 for a meal Read more
Today's experience was terrible. We ordered a family meal from the app (4 burgers, 4 fries, & 10pc nugget). We took advantage of... the free delivery that was available for this weekend. Once it was delivered we opened up the bag (which was sealed) we noticedour oder was shorted. I figured I could just call the store & ask them to send us the rest of our order....NOPE! Not thatsimple. You call the number & you have to jump through the automated menu system (that keeps telling you to download the app &use that) just to finally select "place an order". I finally get to talk to someone & inform them that our order that was placedon the app was shorted. She asks to put me on hold so she could get ahold of "Door Dash" (the company that delivered it) but itwasn't the delivery service's problem because our bag was sealed & just wasn't completed by the store! I proceeded to be on hold& hopefully talk to Door Dash about resolving the problem. After talking to 3 people from Door Dash they told me it was thestores problem/fault & they also proceeded to contact the store. They had the same problem I had & couldn't contact them toresolve the problem. So our order is still shorted & it was entirely lengthy & terrible experience. Don't order from the app &have it delivered...because if your order is wrong, there is no way to talk to someone about it & get it fixed. Read more
