Very pleasant employees. They offered 2 tea bags which made the tea much more delicious. I've never even thought of having the... tea made like that. Plus I typically have tea without any sugar. They asked if I wanted to try it with honey instead. I honestlywasn't expecting it to taste as good at it did with the honey. Amazing experience in general! Highly recommend! Read more
The girl working behind the counter (Opal) was rude. She was rolling her eyes, slamming the cup down, slamming the fridge, had... a bad attitude. Sloppily carried herself and appeared to not like her job. This location needs more help and more professionalemployees. Read more
I currently work here. When as a customer, I notice how my team works fast and efficiently with the current situation and drinks... they have to make. Whenever we are out of something, we recommend the closest thing to what they originally wanted. This used to be my go-to location because they were always so speedy, made the drinks right, and the baristas were always so... friendly/engaging!! The past three times I stopped in the drive-thru for this location, they always take a long time to get theorder out and most of the time, it?s not even correct. If I am paying over $6 for a drink, you should at least take the time tomake sure it?s right, especially if I am going to be at the window for a long time. The new baristas aren?t that friendly eitherwhich doesn?t help the situation at all. I am usually very understanding, especially because I was a partner before, but for itto be a hit or miss each time I go here for coffee, that?s not okay. Read more
