Everything on the web and Starbucks site says open 5am they are not. The lobby does not open until 7 and they only happen to... come to the locked door if they see you. Don?t take mobile orders until 7 and change your hours to actually reflect your hoursyou are willing to accept orders. Read more
The new hire made a mistake and over charged me plus used my points. I work and customer service so I understand mistakes... happen. What I don't appreciate is being lied to about the money being returned and the rudeness that followed by the associatethat came to "fix" the issue. Spent the next 30min of my morning on the phone with the 1800 number to fix the stores mistake. Read more
I called and let them know that I wanted no foam in the cup, I really specified this in the order just to make sure. There was... more than an inch of foam in the cup after I parked to double check. So, I called I got put on with the rudest manager. After aminute, she said if i wanted to come back then immediately walked that back and started to snap at me. She got so upset that shehung up on me with no way of getting my refund back since she also didnt give me a recipt. This Starbucks is closed most of the time I come to get a drink, doesn?t matter the time of day. Just tried to go through the... drive through with about 5 cars in the drive through they put up a sign saying they?re closed for the next 20 minutes and didn?ttake any orders. This place was great now it's near perfect. As a tall man, I always clanged my head on the low hanging globe lights. No... longer!!! Well done raising the lights well above the vertically above average. Next can you solve the leg room problem onairplanes? Also, the coffee is good. Read more
I've been going to this same Starbucks for years and I always live the service. Everyone is super kind and make you feel welcome... as soon as you walk in the door. Very quick service, especially today. I ordered and my drink was done in about a minute tops.(With a lot of people there.) Amazing people and even better drink. Read more
clean in the institution, I ordered caramel macchiato - it was delicious, I recommend it.
