This is solely based on pick up. I had a pick up set for 11:36 am. I arrive at 11:26 and my order was not even started. One... employee said they were working on it. 20 minutes goes by and another employee tells me they have no record of my order. Itold them the other employee said you guys were working on it. I waited until 12:30 and my order still was not ready so I left. It was not my order but my order for the delivery service I work for. So no food for this poor customer who had people waitingfor food and no pay for me since I never delivered the order. So thank you Rubio's for being the absolute worst place to cometo for pick up. If corporate reads this please hire people who have somewhat of a brain. Read more

This location in rancho cordova is the worst in Sacramento, then is elk Grove and then is in Roseville off Douglas. I love... Rubio's food but the staff customer service and cooks really make a bad name for Rubio's the last 2 years. They hire youngadults that can't run the place and argue with customers...I've seen to many things happen at the different locations. They needsolid managers in these locations to get this place back to normal. I finally decided to write a review. I was there a coupledays ago always wishing they have new staff that can run it. The tall slim cook person was handling money and food with the samegloves and just irritated....the pink hair slim guy food assemble personal was laughing and talking trash about customers andtalking about messing up their food orders and moved very slowly. The cashier / food prep short guy with long hair didn't knowwhat to do looked clueless. He touched money and food with same gloves , very defensive with coworkers and customers, he justwatched the other workers the whole time, very slow mover, got order mixed up they don't take care of dine in customers....thereis no manager to keep these workers in line and with direction and urgency to move....upsetting to many customers... hopefullyRubio's can get back to what it use to be... First off? I LOVE Rubios? however this location cannot ever get an order correct? today I asked to simply swap a dressing? nope... I got the wrong dressing? all the 5-8 other times the avocado is ALWAYS missing? even when I pay extra? someone at corporatehelp this rubios? Read more

I received very subpar (non-existent) service here. I entered around 1:00pm and walked up to the ordering area in front of the... register and stood there for 3-5 minutes. Was not greeted. Nobody said ?hello?, or any kind of acknowledgment whatsoever. Therewas nobody else in line, just someone waiting for an online pickup. One woman behind the counter wrapped up bagging up an onlineorder, then printed two more tickets which I suppose she was going to work on before even thinking of helping me. I left afterstanding like an idiot at the counter for several minutes. I recently started coming to Rubios because I like their burritosmore than Chipotle. But at least at chipotle I have NEVER had to stand at the counter unacknowledged while employees mill about.I will not be back! Read more

I absolutely LOVE Rubio's, every time I have ever been to the restaurant the food is fire! This time I ordered the Coastal Trio... Taco Plate, I can't even tell you how freaking delicious it was! If you are indecisive about what to get, seriously just go withthe Coastal Trio Taco plate. You get 3 very differently made tacos that are each mouth watering, and I still couldn't tell youwhich one I like best because they are each so uniquely tasting individually. I also added on the beans and chips with 2 sidesof salsa for a tad more. This dish will certainly fill you up alone by itself without the add on, but I like salsa and beans.The service is quick and the employees are friendly. Came in with my family for dinner on September 9th ordered almost $70 worth of food both of the burritos had burnt meat and corn... on my tacos was also burn and the restaurant had dirty tables and it was not that busy. When I finished eating and was waitingon my other burrito that I ordered to go there was no employees in the kitchen or on the register and the to go burrito hadalso burnt steak. I'm usually not that type of person to leave one star reviews, but this is unacceptable. Read more

Went here for the first time. The lady taking our order repeated back our order wrong and when corrected she rolled her eyes at... us. She left the register 3 times. When we received our food the order was wrong. I got two original tacos. The "fish" in mytacos were very unequal, one fish was very raw and the other "fish" in my second taco was a single shrimp covered in way toomuch batter. Super small portions delivered We had an employee get together today and thought it would be a good idea to use a local company... to cater in some food. We wanted to feed 4 people and our options from here works are by a taco bar that would feed either 5people or 10 people. We chose to purchase the taco bar that would feed 10 people so that we would be sure to let everybody haveenough to eat. We didn't use crazy portions per taco but we didn't even have enough food to feed 4 people 1 serving leaving ushaving to go and buy more food. I called and spoke with the manager on duty expressing my disappointments in the size of theportions in the amount of food that we got for spending $160 at which point he asked me what he could do to make me happy and Iasked him to tell me what he could do to make me happy to which he had no answer and told me that he made the food right.
