Customer service needs improvement, drive thru employee didnt even smile, does she hate her job that much, that she can't even... pretend to be Thankful for the job. She didn't even acknowledge us when she handed our food to us and closed the window Nosmile, No Thank you. I will have to forgo purchasing food from this establishment in the future. Food was hot and tasty. The staff is very diversafied with friendly faces. Young and old as well as many different... ethnenticities. Lots of parking, good size dining room with a power strip set up at the countertop bar. Bathrooms are clean andADA compliant. Very popular and busy yet food is quick and fresh. When its about Fried Chicken, I must say Popeyes is my favorite and excellent taste. Also, the rice n beans are great. As for... this location, i will never again order via their app. More the once I placed an online app order and chose drive up pick up, Iam told to come inside as the order is not ready. Their priority is for orders placed in the drive through window. Read more

Believe it or not this was actually my 1st time ever going to a Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. The building and the wood work... interior of the building are super nice and I loved the decorations that they had. The staff was very friendly and helpful inanswering my questions about the food and menu options. I chose to get the chicken tender meal with with beans and rice rice,it also came with a biscuit and a drink, I ordered my chicken tenders spicy. I must say that it was everything that I had hopedfor, it was delicious, it was piping hot, it was spicy, and very flavorful. I was actually very surprised that there was abiscuit that came with it and that they gave me honey without me asking for it. As I was leaving the cashier that helped mechoose my meal called me by name and asked me how I what I thought of my 1st experience, I told her it was great and I will seeher soon! Read more
