I LOVE LOVE LOVE this establishment! Jersey Mikes on Zinfandel and Olson in Rancho Cordova CA is single-handedly the best place... within a 30 mile radius to get yourself a sub. We not only LOVE the sandwiches (the flavor is off the chart?s delicious andgenerous In portions) but the service is above and beyond in all ways. The new manager, Gino, is superb in making the customersfeel right at home and he?s overly generous with giving more and more. His employees speak so highly of him and they all seem totreat the job as if it is their very own store, like they are the owners of the establishment. You can tell they all take a lotof pride in their meals and in the service they honor the customers with. Definitely a place we will be returning over and over! Read more
I can?t rate this restaurant higher than 5 stars but if I could they would have 10 stars and beyond! The new owner, Gino, is... soooooo nice! My daughters and I visited recently and not only is the food a step above in taste, flavor, size but the customerservice is so amazing! I was in shock at how nice these guys are. Joel took my sandwich orders and he asked details so mysandwiches were perfect. Awesome customer service. There were four men behind the counter and they all took an interest ineveryone that was in the restaurant. Adam, Sergei and Jacob all gave superb service and the sandwiches we?ve had the past fewtimes we?ve been in are amazing. I can?t even compare the sandwiches to subway or the sandwich shop across the street, Jerseymikes is where to go. I am so happy we?ve been in lately. Thank you Gino for the great food and amazing service. Our family andmy friends will definitely be in every week. Worth the price-and we love the coupons when we get them. I have to say that jersey Mike's is a great place for a great sandwich. I had the #12 just how it comes and WOW amazing flavors.... The sandwiches are good everything that I have tried has been good. The problem is the service. Whenever I order online they can... never get it right. All I ask is extra mayo. I check the mayo box, then in the comment box extra mayo. I have even asked nicelyextra mayo please still to no avail.
