As a whole this is my favorite fast food choice, but the location near Bradshaw and Hwy 50 in Sacramento REGULARLY screws up the... order. The people they hire don't seem to be able to grasp the concept of what a 'custom' order is, so my 'plain' baconcheeseburger often has mayo and ketchup, but is missing either the bacon, the cheese, or both. We go to this place often.. I like the sour dough breakfast jack combo the terriaki chicken bowl and the ultimate cheese burger... meal... some locations take e.b.t & that's cool cause then it's almost like free food~but those places have been giving us ahard time about free refills on our drinks.. how stupid is that soda is sold by the box in concentrate form so it's not likethey are gonna loose money giving a customer a fefill... cheap.. that's just poor customer service ???? people... Ordered delivery. Half of our order was missing. When I tried to call the restaurant repeatedly over a span of 5 minutes, all I... got was a busy signal despite being 11 at night. First time at Jack in The box I've had friends brag about their miniscule tacos I ordered some because I was really hungry and... they were disgusting they look nothing like the picture nothing like the picture and I was really disappointed in Jack in thebox for calling that a taco. On more than one occasion while going through the drive thru, we did not receive all of our order. Very frustrating!!! Be... sure to ALWAYS check your bags before leaving the drive through. I gave them one star, but they don't even deserve a star! Worse service ever!!! I have learned my lesson, will never, never return! Read more
My work office recently relocated to down the street from this Jack in the Box location. A few weeks after I settled in, I went... here for lunch. Ordered ahead on the app for drive-thru pickup. Went around lunch time, 12:30pm, so I expected a line. Therewere 3 cars ahead of me. I started a podcast while waiting. I finished the 45-minute podcast, & had only moved up 1 car in line.I could not leave the line at that point, as the drive-thru is cordoned off with concrete. 20 minutes later, I made it to thespeaker, & was asked to wait. 10 minutes of silence later, I asked if I could order. I was told "OK", then communicated that Ihad an online order. I was told to pull forward. 10 minutes later, I made it to the window. My heart broke to see what appearedto be 1 older woman working by herself, preparing orders, taking orders, & operating the cash register. It seemed that she wasnew, as she was struggling with inputting info into the screen. I cannot imagine what immense failure of management cause thisto happen. I feel very sorry for that poor woman, who likely was verbally berated by others in line who had a little lesspatience than I. I chalked it up to a bad staffing day. I returned a few months later to try again & had an experience thattook about 30 minutes in its entirety. Better, but still unheard of for a fast food chain. Now, if I am craving Jack in the Boxfor lunch, I drive 15 minutes away to one that is normal. Hopefully this review will lead to upper management taking notice.Staff is suffering under these poor management conditions. Read more

Dirty and employees not very helpful. The place was trashed at 7am one of the workers were cleaning the bathroom and told me I... had to ask up front to get the other bathroom opened. I asked the guy behind the counter to open it up and he looked like a deerin headlights. He said someone is cleaning it. I left and spent my money at another fast food place that was clean and not sorude. Read more
