I got a Vegetable Biryani as take-out. This turned out to be Not-a-Biryani. It is at best a vegetable pulav...big difference in... preparation and taste. Literally only four or five pieces of meat in each dish. The gulab jamun is only two pieces. No flavor or heat in any of the... dishes we ordered (which is atrocious for an Indian restaurant).We ordered shahi paneer, butter chicken, chef lamb, chicken 65,lamb biryanis two kinds of nann, gulab jamun deserts and non veg app tray. I had a totally different experience than most reviews for this restaurant. I went on a Friday night and it was completely empty... besides one other person. The service was great and the food did not take long at all. We ordered samosas, chai tea, chickentikka masala, garlic naan, and mango chicken. The samosas are perfect and had that good level of spice in it. The chai tea was a*tad* too sweet but I loved the taste of how authentic it was! The garlic naan was fluffy and paired perfectly with the chickentikka masala. The only downside is that the mango chicken was too sweet for my liking, and I would prefer it a little moresavory.
