Place was clean, people were friendly and helpful bit when I got home I was missing my pie and cheese Stix. Tried to call but I... just get a message that says this mailbox is not accepting vm at this time. I don't drive and I threw away my receipt by thesoda machine.... :( Guess it's just my responsibility to feed the hungry? Ordered through drive through for dinner. The staff working tonight their customer service is poor and really bad. They looked... like they had only 3 staff employees working.They took forever when it came to placing the order and when it got to paying forthe meal and forever when it got to waiting so long before we finally got our order of our food. I started @ 7:00pm and got doneout of there by 7:45pm. I ordered for 2 people and in a drive through it's normally not that long. I seen 4 cars drive offbecause it took too long. Read more
Horrible servicce the manager named Nikki was discusting towards us, she was so so rude, Absolutley horrible service from... everyone in the resuraunt, the food sucked, it was old, they refused to make us fresh food, everything was discusting terrible,ive never met a worse person. The person taking my order in the drive threw never greeted me. Just asked what do you want, then told me my total would be at... the next window. Pulled around got my order with only a how are you. The rest of the interaction was silent. I never got myreceipt for my order and was given the wrong order completely. Since I only have a 30 minute lunch I didn’t have time to goback and have them fix my order. Read more
Was in the mood for a burger lunch and hadn't had BK in quite a while. Place was clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and got my... order out to me in good time. Burger was tasty and as ordered. The service was good, however the up-sale and donation requests are a little annoying. Its like going to a restaurant for a... take-out order and they request a tip,... for what? The French fries and Onion Rings tasted like they were made sometime theday before and reheated. Also, they were inundated with salt. Quite disappointing. I now understand why I see so many BurgerKings closing. Customer service is good, yet the food quality control needs some attention. I expected better quality for two #1meals at over $25.00.
