Intentionally overcharging for product. I wanted to order just 2 individual Waygu patties without bun or other ingredients.... Drive thru worker said patties were $5.each but I would need to pay for full price of sandwich and they would only discount$2.off 2nd patty. I'm on a very strict 0 carb diet and other restaurants have no problem charging for meat only. For example Iget 7 patties at innout burger for less than $10. I understand Waygu is more costly and I was willing to pay $5.each but not tobe gouged for full sandwich pricing. This is very unfortunate experience. Clean and properly maintained fast food chain. Friendly staff and above average wait times.

This was awful. For almost 40 dollars for a family of 4, you'd expect the food to be fresh and hot. My fries were cold, I... sent them back, they gave me the same fries back. My son's kid meal was so gross, I told him don't even eat it. Picture ofhis sandwich will explain it all. Never will I ever go back. Read more
I went there and made a relatively large order. One cashier ran my card and left the window. Another cashier approached the... window and repeated the amount and I told him I had already paid. He said the transaction didn't go through, so I checked mybank app and it showed a pending point of sale for the amount. I told him I'd already been charged. He ran the card againthough, then I have TWO pending charges on my account. Then he tells me that the register says the transactions didn't gothrough, and I showed him that they did. He then phoned who I presume is a manager and gets off the phone tells me he can't giveme any food because it's such a big order. I said, "I want to make sure I understand. I paid and I'll be charged twice andyou're telling me I have to leave here empty-handed?" And he told me to come back to the location in three days. I said I'm notcoming back unless someone will compensate me for the gas money, I don't live locally. I told him I know it isn't his fault theyhave a faulty terminal, and I paid $100+ and received zero food in exchange for my money. Bad business. I went to Panerainstead, where my card worked just fine. Now I have 3 pending transactions, but only got food from their competitor. Read more
Place is ok. It's Arby's. I like their food and this Arby's does a decent job with the food being fresh. Just wish they would... assemble it with a little more pride and care.
