We love this bakery so much that we planned our entire summer vacation around coming back to visit. We happened upon it in Sept... '21 and literally made the Innominate Coffeehouse the focus of our vacation this summer. The staff is so kind and inviting, andthey clearly enjoy each other and their work. The baked goods are scrumptious! Our daughters LOVE the cinnamon rolls and thegluten-free white chocolate raspberry muffin is the best GF muffin I've ever had. Don't miss the acoustic jam sessions onThursday mornings at 10:00 - a rare musical treat. One of our daughters said, can we give them 7.9 billion stars instead of justfive? We live in Golden, CO and plan to come back again! Read more

Innominate is a Wyoming gem. I visit family in the Ranchester area once or twice a year and make it a point to stop in at least... once while I'm there. In additional to a wonderful staff, their baked goods are out of this world good and they serve very goodcoffee as well. Inside the shop, works by local artists are displayed and they sell unique, locally made merchandise as well. Read more

What a pleasant surprise! We were driving through Ranchester and decided to stop at this wonderful cafe. Incredibly clean,... nicely decorated, both inside and out, we had to make the tough decision on which homemade items we'd purchase to accompany ourlattes. We chose a cranberry scone (gluten free) and a bear claw; Both were fresh and delicious. In fact, the scone might be thebest I have ever had, made with fresh rather than dried cranberries. The lattes were also perfectly made although I do wish theycarried unsweetened almond milk). We sat outside on the porch and took in the beautiful front grass area and flower pots. Wewill definitely be back to try other items such as biscuits and gravy, quiche or maybe a sandwich. Prices reflect the quality ofthe items. Stop in if you have a chance! Read more

Even before you can get inside the well kept lawn and building greet you with a feeling of knowing you're in the right place.... Open the door to be greeted by the wonderfully warm aroma of fresh baking. After getting over your sensory overload and finallyfiguring out that one of the ladies are greeting you warmly the fun really begins. EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!! Can't go wrong withany choice. Enjoy! Melissa and her staff created a beautiful raspberry lemon cake for my daughter?s 22nd birthday. I called from TN and ordered... over the phone since my daughter is working in WY this summer. Melissa was so helpful and provided a detailed description of thecake over the phone. I was able to pay through Square online. The entire process was ?a piece of cake? and the report back frommy daughter that it was the best cake ever. Thanks, Innominate Bakery, for helping me create a little birthday magic for a bigbirthday! I am so grateful! Read more

Because of a wrong turn we ended up in Ranchester. It turned out to be a great mistake. The staff is very friendly and the... owners were amazing. We told them the bakery was dangerous. A great selection so it was, hard to not over eat. We had biscuitsand gravy then topped it off with scones. Absolutely delicious. Since we were on motorcycles,we were looking for great roads. We took their route suggestion and had an amazing time. When we get the chance to return we hope to stay at their campground andtry more of their baked goods. Read more
