This was a great spot, especially for burgers but now I doubt I will ever go back. I joined my dad, who was visiting, and a... neighbor for dinner Wednesday (11/16). Soft drinks took over 15 minutes to reach the table when my sister and I joined theparty after 10 minutes of waiting. Trivia was awesome and so was the sweet and spicy cauliflower. I initially thought I wouldreturn from looking at the drink menu. I saw they have my favorite beer company on draft (7 tribesman). The service from ourserver, however, was absolutely abysmal. Her attitude the entire night was apathetic and all around rude. My sister and I choseto try a burger assuming it would be just as good as the last time we were there, when it was Ramsey Tap Room. We ordered theburger medium rare with mayo instead of mustard and with gruyere. The burger (after 50-60 minutes of waiting after we ordered)came out lukewarm and very well done without mayo and with American cheese. Theresa didnt bring any share plates or utensils forus. We had to get the utensils from the bar. She simply said "Ok" after we told her the issues with the burger. Grabbed theplate with a discourteous attitude. After 20 minutes, the burger came back well done but not as dry and bit hotter. My sisterand I were so hungry we just ate it. It was not worth it. We asked Theresa for salt, pepper, and ketchup and another glass ofprosecco when the first two dishes came out. After 15 minutes, I went to the bar for all the missing items. I had to go to thebar multiple times. The bartender was Tara; she was the only reason that I didnt give one star. She was very apologetic aboutthe deplorable service. The food was excellent but the service was awful. There were maybe 5 people at the bar and 3 tables, but the server very rarely... came to our table. When asked about a drink after 20 minutes we were advised that the bar was backed up, however there were nota lot of people in the restaurant. When the server did come to the table, they were disinterested and when we would start toorder a drink, they walked away. They seemed more interested in chatting with the bartender than serving tables. Most likely,not going to return. Such a shame, it has the potential of being an excellent restaurant. Read more

I don?t usually review anything unless it?s really bad or beyond good and this place fits understand last description. Very cozy... atmosphere, especially outside ????The food is so delicious! Anything you order comes out perfect! They also have banquet roomfor parties ???? Staff is very nice, fast service too! They also have live music on Friday and Saturday!!! I?ve been to a lot ofsleep places all over and this one beats all of them! If you want to enjoy delicious food and drinks, have a good time or justsimply relax - come to this place, I personally guarantee you - you will LOVE it! Read more

To the owner: Sure, I can provide some details on why I rated my visit 3 stars... Basically, everything was pretty typical,... right around average level. Nothing was horrible and nothing was outstanding, during that one visit, in my humble opinion. My 2friends who were with me agree. However, I'll say that we all enjoyed the fried mozzarella cheese sticks! I'll be ordering thoseagain when I return :)) I wish the Margaritas had a little more kick to them with more tequila and less ice and mix, but, Itypically feel that way, except for those few times when I find myself having an exceptional drink during happy hour! In whichcase I'm inclined to give a higher rating. I rate lower than 3 when there were problems with the service. Fortunately, myfriends and I had no issues with the service at Ramsey Tap Room And Grill Restaurant, which is the main reason why I rated 3stars instead of 2. I?m always hesitant of places attached to hotels/motels, which is why it took us a while to go. But, they were the only local... place where I could find a decent stout rotation so we decided to check it out. It?s an unassuming no frills sports bar kind ofplace, which we liked. The selection of beers on draft was great! I was thoroughly impressed, and I love the growler option. Definitely rivaled some other locations in the area. Not to mention, it was fun talking about beer with another female (Lettythe bartender is great!) My husband had mozzarella sticks and they were delicious, and I don?t even like mozzarella sticks.Didn?t taste pre frozen at all and had an awesome crunch. Had a nice time here on a Monday right before they closed. Got half off wings and $5 margaritas. For dinner we got the RTR&G... burger and chicken parm over linguini. Everything was good. Service was fast and the vibes were nice. Read more

If your looking for a ridiculously large selection of alcohol and a great bartender then look no further. It doesn't matter if... your into wine, beer or hard liquor this place will not disappoint. The venue is huge and every day of the week brings a newspecial and source of entertainment such as there trivia Wednesday. You can come here with friends or family. To be honest theonly reason I held back on the last star was because there food is hit or miss. After attending there brunch and dinner serviceI can say that the spinach & artichoke dip is decent but the chips are horrible. If you order a steak or burger it most likelywill not be cooked how you want it. The mozzarella sticks were monsterous, the chicken quesadilla was delicious and according tomy friends the wings aren't that hot ???????. Its a good place to eat but a much better place to drink at. Its beyondconvenient if your staying at the hotel from which it is connected. If im in this area again I would definitely come back herebut just not for brunch. Read more

The service was attentive and friendly. We were just about the only people in there since it just opened but still was... definitely pleased with the wait staff. They have a pretty basic craft beer list but I would like to see how they rotateseasonals and new local releases. On Sundays they have app specials that are cheaper but also smaller portions but seems like agood deal. When you come here, you must get the mozzarella sticks. They are unlike the ones you'll get at other bars. Definitelymade in house. The mild wings were good, but actually even too mild for us. Burgers and fries were tasty but not exceptional.The rest of the menu consists of typical bar fare but I would try other things next time.. Read more
