I've stopped in many times & had sandwiches delivered more than a few times & all was good, good service, nice polite people. ... The last time I stopped in I was greeted by an arrogant young man who just said "whatta ya want". I replied "excuse me", hesaid again, "whatta ya want". That's not what I consider good customer service, thank goodness he didn't make the sandwich. I'm guessing he's related to the franchise owner otherwise he wouldn't have a job. Read more
I fully understand I don?t get any of the toppings just meat and cheese but wow there?s like 2 half slices of turkey.
Great tasting subs, as always! A little late with my catering order and VERY skimpy with requested extras (i.e. very few... napkins to go with 2 18-pack orders), but overall, still high quality subs (vastly superior to that other sub shop with "sub" inits name)! Read more
The last 3 times I've ordered online, 2 times my order has been cancelled, once don't know why, once because the delivery driver... was too busy. This time they had no delivery driver and asked if I could pick it up, went to store and they said they didn'thave it and sent me to another store which also didn't have it and sent back to the first store which DID have it. First I would like to apologize for ordering so close to closing time. When I placed the order on the app it didn?t tell me... store hours or I would not have placed the order so close to closing. However, having the delivery driver give us a lectureabout being more respectful of time was totally out of line. I?ve had other apps that won?t let you order if they?re closing orthe store will call to say their hours in app are wrong and they?re closing and can?t complete my order. I have no problem withthat. If I?ve missed store hours I am totally ok getting a call saying ?sorry we?re closing and cannot complete your order?, orhaving the app not process payment after hours, but I am not ok with a delivery driver telling my boyfriend and I that we shouldbe more considerate and that he basically did us a favor because we?re ?out of delivery range? (which is false, you can?t placeorders if you?re not in range). I can understand being upset and frustrated for my order being close to closing, and Weapologized to our driver for this, but please be respectful to us as well. My boyfriend ended up not handing out the tip I leftbecause he was so angry at the way the delivery driver talked to him. I feel bad that he didn?t hand it out but I alsounderstand his anger. Best sandwiches ever, and cheap too, first time actually ordering for myself rather than eating the catering my store sometimes... gets for us, got help in crafting my order, which I had no idea how to make. Very fun and quirky employees, and special thanksto the girl that always stops by before her own shift at jj's just a few doors down from where I work, very kind and chill, whohelped me with my order today. 10/10 way better than subway.
