Cashier are more worried about talking to eachother than helping the customers that are waiting, also stopped to buy milk and... all of their lactose free milk was over 10 days expired but still in the cooler. Read more
This store is the worst Casey?s I have been in. Manager ignores long lines when understaffed, the cashiers can?t stop talking to... each other long enough to ring up customers, the coffee area is always filthy and out of stock. Also never any food prepared.Very poorly managed and/or supervised. I should clarify that this is the morning hours between about 6:30am and 9am when I haveneeded to stop there. It?s convenient for the area I work in but would be nice if they improved the service as I would like tokeep stopping here. Read more
I order 2 pizzas and Buffalo bone-in wings. The cheese pizza well you can't go wrong with. The cheeseburger pizza I added 2... toppings to one half but it came on the whole thing, even though the receipt clearly says it. It also had NO sauce on the entirepizza and also missing 2 of the toppings it says it comes with. The wings ... not bone-in. Boneless and I don't do boneless, Iwon't eat them and no one else in my house will either. My number is listed on the order. Not sure why someone couldn't havecalled and said we don't currently have those. So when I call up there and explain it all, I'm offered a free pizza and freewings. But be sure to call to make sure they have it in stock. Not sure about wanting to order from there again when the pizzadidn't come with what it was supposed to, to begin with and someone wouldn't think it necessary to call the customer to say,Sorry we don't have this, would you be okay with this instead or would you prefer to cancel that from your order. Not toopleased with paying for something no one in my house will eat and expect that I want to get free food from them in the future.Just not how I would have handled that and I worked in food service/customer service for many years. Not just for gasoline. It?s like a fast serve restaurant in Ramsey, MN If there is a snack you are craving, this place will... probably have it. I have a feeling that nutrition experts would tell you not to eat their food. But holy cow, all that stuff isreally tasty. New gas station and it?s super clean. I love the pizza, it?s a great place to stop for lunch.
2 separate incidents couple weeks apart, same person. Attempted to get fountain mountain dew (cause that's the best) first time... the syrup was gone, informed the worker and he didn't seem to care much no interest in fixing, no order customers, ended uphaving to get a different pop. Today syrup completely gone, let the same kid know, "ok I'll get it later. " I was interruptinghis day, while he grabbed snacks to purchase for himself. Zero customer service, no apology, most other places apologize andwill fix right away, sometimes even give the pop for free due to the inconvenience.
