Sorry to say the worst Rubio's I've been to in a while. They don't tend to the patio at all - pretty gross. Hope the kitchen is... cleaner. Corporate should shop this location once in a while. Prob won't visit again. Read more
I didn't eat at the restaurant. We ordered take out and drove another half hour to eat at the St. Ysabel Nature Center. After... the long wait, the food was still good. The sauces were "on the side" , and we saved the extra. My daughter used them to addflavors to two more meals at home. There was a lot of packaging, but most of it is compostable, and we will reuse the strongouter plastic shopping bag with handles. It was a good day! Read more
Used to love this place but it's gone downhill, soda fountain with heavily diluted soda, cheese being substituted with lettuce,... stale tortillas, undercooked chicken and churros without any cinnamon or sugar. Steer clear of this place. Read more
Rubio's is pretty consistent with their fish tacos. The only gripe that I have about this place is the tables are sticky like... really sticky. Makes it feel gross when you eat on them. My recommendation to Rubio's in Ramona is to replace your tables. Read more

Changing my review from 4 stars to 1 star, after several attempts to get the correct order placed (online) we selected "no rice... / no beans" on the California bowl, guess what it had.....? rice and some beans.... this has happened on more than one occasion,so we will no longer be ordering either over the phone or online. and will have to order in store to ensure the order iscorrect... which will never happen again. Get it together..... Also missing the Sprite, and you guys gave us 2 regular fishtacos, instead of especial. Sick or the poor service..... Read more
Loved the SALSA VERDE SHRIMP TACO. It was so flavorful, fresh and delicious! The Fish Taco Especial is good too, and Rosa was... a sweetheart. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. Read more
Rubio's has a different "spin off" on their food. Its definitely NOT anything like the REAL Mexican Food. I think its ok, but... probably not where we would go to again. Read more
