Store shut down from a fire and has sat damaged for a long time with a construction fence around it and now has graffiti on it.... Bad neighbor! Fix it or tear it down. Rather see a patch of dirt than a tagger?s target. Read more

The foods good. We have to double check the orders though. Its often they forget something. One time we ordered burgers fries,... sodas. The women in the light blue polo I think working tonight at the Ramona,Ca McDonald?s was absolutely wonderful. She made my kids... night with the ice cream cones. Just wanted to say that her customer service was fantastic and you usually get that at a fastfood place. Didn?t catch her name but she should definitely get a gold star for her actions tonight. Ordered online through the mobile app. No problem ordering through the mobile app. Order was sent immediately to the restaurant.... Just had to wait a few minutes to pick up. Drinks were fine. The restaurant itself is nice and cozy. It was cold outside andwarm inside. They have plush seats not hard seats that you'd find in a older McDonald's restaurant. In fact this restaurantlooks recently remodeled and look really modern and new. The restroom was also clean and so was the restaurant. That would givethis place five stars but they need to be friendlier and quicker. Read more

I just got my order and it had so much grease running down the bottom of the bag that my car seat is soaked. The fries and the... burger is soaked in grease! So much that it was literally dripping! Read more
