Customer service could use some improvement. Yes, the restaurant was very busy yesterday evening. However, ignoring a customer... standing at the counter, avoiding all eye contact, not even offering a quick greeting are not ways to get repeatcustomers. This is the worst service I have ever had. I'm not white nor do I look white. Buy I came in tonight sat down. The waitress said... I'm the only one here so bare with me. I waited 20 mins not getting a drink or even getting an order in. But the waitress servedthe 2 other couples their food. Filled their drinks, even cashed 2 of them out. And even cleaned off their tables. As I walk outdoesn't even say she's sorry. How can a business allow 1 person keep a restraunt open? I will never eat here ever. Read more
This was my first time ordering from here since their name change. I ordered a 4 topping medium pizza and it was just over $30... which is pretty pricey for a medium pizza I don?t mind paying for quality but the pizza was lacking quality. Coming from NY, I wasn't sure what to expect for Italian food, must say the eggplant parmesan was probably one of the best I've... ever had. My grandsons enjoy the pizza immensely, not New York but very close. Service was fantastic, Melissa was excellent ather job, couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Restaurant was clean and everybody had a smile. If ever I was in this areaagain I would definitely go. Read more
I've eaten inside here and done pick up a few times. Never really been happy with the service or the wait times. The food isn't... bad, they have a great price on the family meal with lots of food. The lasagna is probably the best thing on the menu. But don'task to taste the special sauce the owner makes or they will tell you NO! Anyways, this most recent pick up order we put in wasfor 2 orders of garlic cheese bread to take to a dinner we were going to. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes, we showedup 15 minutes later expecting a short wait. Nope we ended up sitting there in the lobby for 45 minutes for a total on ONE HOURfor a very simple small order of something they are constantly making for the sit down side of the restaurant. So we were latefor the party and the food was cold :(. Review update after owners response. I'm pleased with the compensation and apology forthe service, that says a lot about the owners willingness to provide a better experience. This is a quaint little Italian Restaurant in Ramona California. The food is good, but doesn't stand up to many other Italian... restaurants that I have tried. I found the red sauces lacking seasoning. However a few other dishes (clams and pizza withAlfredo sauce was way over salted. My daughter had to order a different dish due to the saltiness of the clams. This restaurantis also under-staffed. I felt a bit sorry for the solitary server there. She was way over-taxed in my opinion. With that beingsaid, she was still very cheerful and helpful. I am willing to try this restaurant again on the future. Read more
Three letters, OMG! Took a party of 6 which consisted of 3 teens and all of us were more than pleased. The ?for 2? option comes... with a ton of food and all is great, you?d wish you had a second mouth and stomach, seriously, you get a salad, pizza, spaghettiand meat balls, cheese tortellini, and lasagna, plus garlic toast. This is the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. When calling to check the status of my delivery, I was passed off... to a ?manager? who was nothing but rude. She simply stated it is not her problem. When I asked why she was being rude and statedthat this is unprofessional, she hung up the phone. Don?t waste your money on this disgrace of a restaurant In regards to yourresponse?. You?re clearly the crass individual that so rudely hung up on me.
