Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Plates are huge and filled with food. The two egg plate specials are the perfect size. The... chorizo plate was delicious and was not greasy. Coffee was served hot and if you are a fast drinker, they'll leave the pot atyour table for you. There was a line, very popular, so get there early to snag a table. Read more
This place definitely nails the country diner vibe with a K. There is no better place to fuel up before you go try to overthrow... the government nah mean? The food was okay and the coffee was weak but the service was friendly. There may or may not be a loudthumping noise coming from the kitchen at all times while you're visiting. Read more

Amazing, Amazing, amazing ????????!!!! Service here is phenomenal, friendly, and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the... portions---Holy cow. Come starving hahaha. It would have been super easy to miss among all the other food places but thishappened to be next to a gas station we stopped at and I'm SO glad we tried it. I have never had better sweet potato fries in mylife. My husband remarked that even the avocado was tastier than back home lol. Will absolutely be coming back whenever we makethe trip up to Julian!! I'm from Tennessee where biscuits and gravy is a staple. The best I have found in SoCal. I know when the gravy is homemade and... this gravy was awesome! The biscuits were equally as amazing. The Belgium waffle is simply amazing! This is a very busy diner, but definitely worth the wait. Our waitress Nikki delivered... service with a smile and shared some local knowledge with us. It's a big space with little in the way of acoustics to helpdampen the hustle & bustle of patrons enjoying their meals. I look forward to returning to savor some of their other offerings. Read more
