Attempted to purchase through Drive-Thru last weekend. A dozen donuts, plus 3 on the side & wanted a coffee traveller but we... were discouraged about orderi g the traveller as the associate stated "that'll take 15-20mins to brew" and it sounded like theydidnt want to have us wait thay long? So we declined. We waited in line for over 15mins (shouldve just prdered the coffee), nota worry, busy, Saturday morning, but when we got to the window to pay there was an error with their card reader. We tried 3different cards; 2 apple pay cards & 1 physical card, not related to each other. Still nothing processed. At no time did themanager approach or apologize, there was no attempt to re-start there machine, no suggestion of running the transaction on adifferent machine, no offer to come inside to resolve just a very lack luster "sorry, but we've been running cards all morning,so..." implying there was something with cards or lack of funds. It's okay though, we ended up going to the Starbucks directlyacross the street and there wasn't an issue processing our transaction using Apple pay. Read more
Coming from the Northeast, I am happy this establishment exists! I don't ever eat at the Baskin Robins part, so I can't give a... review for that, but I do get the coffee (better than Starbucks in my opinion) and most times a donut (old fashioned is myfavorite). Never been disappointed, but I'll admit I'm easy to please. One person I was with commented the counter persondidn't say hi or have a nice day. This bothered them, but not me since I was holding a cup of liquid gold in my hand. Otherpeople go on about the Mom and Pop's donuts being better, but again, I'm there for the coffee and I find I like Dunkin's oldfashioned better than the California Shop's Mom and Pop's equivalent. I also love it when it's Pumpkin Spice time of year andno Mom and Pop makes them at all. They are delicious and worth the wait. Read more
Went there to pick up a dozen donuts, thought it was going to be a quick on and out. Took about 15 minutes. There was only one... person at the counter helping someone with ice cream...not a good experience... Read more
We Ordered 3 items. After being handed 2 items, My husband nicely reminded her 1 more item was missing. The attitude after that... was unnecessary. It was your mistake and you got mad at us? We weren't even bothered?! The brown sugar latte was delicious, but staff needs better training in customer service. Read more
Place is kinda dirty. Ordered thru the app and still had to wait for the order....thought it was suppose to be faster. Not sure... about that. I do believe they are understaffed, still for the order to lot be ready?? Given all that donuts are not good. Pass. Read more
Went there on a pretty comparatively light Saturday morning( today around 10:30 am). I was the only in store customer. I had 3... employees tell me they'd be with me in a second. Pretty sure that was 3/4 of the staff. Now that's fine. But that was over abouta 15 minute period...As the only in store customer..I left before anyone even took my order. I checked the drive thru thinkingthey were packed and there were a total of 2 cars. Read more
Really good coffee and not bad prices! Donuts are always good and seem to be pretty freshly made! Service was cool it took... awhile that's the only reason for the 4 stars was for the wait... the drive thru had like 6 cars they had to pay attention toprior to taking our order but that's ok! The employee was a cool dude that was nice and personable so the wait was all good!Customer service was good and the location was clean! Read more
