I ordered a decaf coffee at this location at 9:30 pm on Canada Day... it?s now 5:07 am and I?m still wide awake. And I have a... full day of work to look forward to. Seriously, thanks so much to the tall blonde girl who served me regular coffee. It may be ajoke to you, but it causes me to wonder what else you are doing to my food.... people like you should not be allowed to handlefood. It?s actually very frightening. I?m in the coffee business, and it?s impossible to mix up decaf/ regular unless you do itintentionally... different coloured packaging, and different coloured pots. That?s the last time I will ever visit Casino Rama,and spend my money there. I?ll save it for Vegas, you get treated properly there. Read more

Staff gave me a wrong order and insisted she was right without checking the receipt for me. She just walk away from me. She... didn't give me a receipt when I order so I cannot argue. Never go back. Bad service Read more

This Tim Hortons is just down the hall from the casino, all inside the Casino Rama Resort building. They have Wi-Fi. It wasn't... busy the last time I was there, but possibly because the casino wasn't busy either because of the pandemic restrictions. Read more
