Warning** If you can order at another wingstop, I'd HIGHLY recommend it. I've ordered here 3 times just because it's... conveniently located. First time they shorted me 4 wings... on a 12 piece. And it took them 50 minutes on a 25 minutepromise. Second time, the shorted me fries. And no sauces. Again, 30 minutes later than promised. Third time, it took them anhour on a 26 minute promise. And again. No sauces. I can understand being short handed. But they make ZERO effort to apologize.They tell you "5 minutes" while they have no idea where your order is. And no attempt to reconcile their MULTIPLE mistakes. Byfar the WORST location I've ever visited. Read more

If I could leave 0 star I would. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for a delivery order, that?s still not here. Called the store... repeatedly (5x) to check the delivery address with no answer. Finally got someone to pickup after seeing the order had beenreassigned to a door dash driver twice (they outsource the deliveries to them from their website). First person to answer thephone was rude and then the manager hung up the phone on me. I still have no idea where and if I?ll be receiving my order. Willbe charging back my card. Read more

Food is good but I did a simple walk-in order and the wait was insanely long. No one seemed like they were in a rush to get... anything done whatsoever. Do mobile order bc that?s the only way to get it fast (hopefully)? Read more

The experience there was terrible. There was no one there Older to watch over the younger employees. There was not enough focus... on taking care of the customer's and there orders. Had tried to call in my order was on hold for 15 minutes before I just wentinside. Took 30 minutes to place my order while I was still on hold. Then waited another hour for my order then when it was donemy food was placed on the counter with no name on the bag for me to know it was mine. Waited 20 more minutes before finding outmy food was in front of me because I was not notified. Wings and Fries were cold ????. But I'm not tripping on the teen's whowere working that night. Ok, I don't know if I'll be coming back. The boneless chicken is good as most, and the sauces are just as flavored. However the... last 2 times I've been there they've messed something up. Horrible Experience! I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich after working a 12 hour shift. I ordered the sandwich at 8:04 and... did not get my food until 9:15. I?m used to the new Hope Church Rd location and they never disappointed me. So I was quick to give this location a try. I... ordered 15 wing combo. Extra crispy. There was nothing crispy about the wings. If I didn?t have to return so far. I would havebrought them back. The barbecue Baja has absolutely 0 flavor. Just disgusting.
