We were shorted 1 of 2 exact orders. We asked for mild bbq sauce and got HOT and spicy. Long wait. It is not a good place for... walk in placing an order. Service is usually not this bad but it needed serious help tonight. Read more

Literally the worst place to get food. How much effort does it take to drop wings in a fryer? First time coming there - ordered... online and went to pick up, store was closed? Gave it a second try, called before hand to make sure they were open. Got therenot even 5 minutes later (2 hours before closing) and was told they weren?t doing walk ins and it would be a 45 minute waituntil we got our food. I?ve worked in the food industry for close to a decade - pure laziness. Won?t be returning here. I couldwalk up the street to food lion and get frozen wings quicker and cheaper than this. Read more

Used to be our go to Wings place. But the last time 2-3 of us all got sick from eating here. Thought it was a mistake, but the... same thing happened again. The boneless thighs were definitely what made us sick. The food was dripping with oil, and most ofthe ?pieces of chicken? were actually just fried batter. Not sure we?ll be coming back again. Update: thought we?d risk itsince it had been 3-4 months and maybe they fixed things. But everyone got sick again. Definitely not eating here ever again. Read more

I called them up asking if there would be a wait time for a chicken sandwich meal and the person said it would be like 5-10... minutes, so im like "yeah thats about how long it'll take me to drive there, thats fine". I get there, when it should be done,end up waiting 30 more minutes for me to get my food. Read more

So I?m honestly a bit bummed about my experience the last time I went. My boyfriend ordered online & we picked it up at... drive-thru. His wings barely had any sauce on them, they looked plain honestly, but he didn?t complain. While we was in drivethru getting his order, I wanted to pay for an extra drink because there was this one particular drink I wanted that comes fromthe Coke machine that not a lot of places have (nor do gas stations). They lady at the window said that they can?t take paymentsat the window? okay, it?s okay. So after we got the food I parked & ordered again online because I really just didn?t want to goinside & wait for something so small. I was also cravingggg their ranch so I ordered a fry with a side of ranch & a drink. Ipull up to the window again, get my fries, but no drink. It took about 15 mins for them to confirm that I wouldn?t be able toget my drink or any other drink because the machine was down. So after 15 minutes of waiting I left after speaking with themanager. Even though I was upset, I didn?t let it show. I was very kind about it, & the lady at the window & the manager werevery kind. So I go home thinking the least I could do is enjoy these fries with their bomb a** ranch?. There?s no ranch. Iusually check my bags at any restaurant before leaving but I didn?t think I needed to that night because all I ordered wasfries & ranch? so yea? I was upset. I really just wanted to ask for a refund but it was only $6 so I don?t want to be thatperson but dang. I really could?ve just went somewhere else with that $6 or at least gotten what I wanted with that. I hatewasting my money on simple stuff like that. Food and service were good! The fact that they double charged my kid for his order and they don't care is a problem! Can't ever... get anyone on the phone sucks! Went in and was told we would hear from the district manager because nothing they could do whichI understand that corporate takes care of the website orders and payments. But never heard back from anyone. Was also told todispute with his bank which can take up to 30 days! Horrible business model! Not allowing customers to reach out for help.Massive issue! Having a kid wait for a almost $ 50 refund because of a glitch kinda sucks! Read more
