Only drive thru available (dining room doors locked), so the line was long and didn't move very fast but the order was filled... accurately so no complaints there. Tried the pub fries on a whim, didn't realize they had a gravy on them. I thought it was justbacon and cheese on fries (like outback) but was disappointed by the gravy. Sat at the drive thru at the speaker for over 5 minutes before we could place our order. Then wait 10 minutes to get our food.... Craziness Well tried it again... 10/30/22.. nope. 10 minutes at the speaker to order. No answer finally pulled up and orderedat the window. Drive thru service is incredibly slow and they typically get the order wrong. Prices have gone up but quality has not. Wendy's... is becoming rather disappointing. Read more
Want to get cursed at before you even make an order? Want flat soda? Want to get the wrong order? Want to get cursed at again... when you mention calmly that there is a problem with your order? If you answered ?yes,? then this is the perfect restaurant foryou! I literally had my husband on the line listening to the barrage of trash spewing from the worker?s mouth, and he wasshocked as well. Recently stopped at this location for a quick breakfast. This was my first time trying Wendy's breaksfast. The staff working the... morning shift provided me with phenominal service. I dont remember the kind man that gave me my order, but the woman who took myorder and money did have dreads. Both of them were very nice. What a great way to start off anyone's day! Read more
I always USED to love Wendy's food. Not today. Not only did I have to pull forward in the drive thru. When I got my Dave's... single cheese burger combo it was disgusting. I?ve been here once and that is too many times, the staff the wasn?t outside smoking where very rude and even tho I was the only... person in line I still had to wait 10 minutes to place my order then an additional 5 for the food. I have noticed at a lot of Wendy's lately they tend to hire not in all cases, but many the bottom of the barrel employees.... Places like Chick-fil-A would never hire due to their attitudes and customer service. It starts at the top with management andit being representation and extension of them. This Wendy's is one of the worst in customer service. They have the worstattitudes and could really care less. Most recent visit more of the same. I used really like Wendy's and it's brand is what Ihave been coming back for, not all of the many poor experiences I have had there. They never apologize for mistakes and comeacross inconvenienced if they are corrected on anything. It's always a toss up which is the worst Wendy's in the area. The oneon Capital Blvd in Raleigh, 401 Louisburg or Wake Forest. I would say at this point 401 and W.F are neck and neck. You're staffis an embarrassment. Read more
