The person running the register was very polite, took the order well, and friendly. The person actually giving food to the... customers once order was ready was extremely rude to the other employees as well as me this afternoon. The food was less thandesirable. I don't blame those prepping the food, if I had to work in that atmosphere, I would probably have a hard time doingmy job to the best of my ability too. We will not be back! Read more
Went for a late night meal, made sure it wasn?t close to their closing time.. didn?t want to be that guy. As I was pulling in I... noticed it was dead so I was worried the hours might have been wrong. Then I saw a worker inside, then noticed a worker outside,smoke break. I got to the drive-thru and was told they were rebooting and it would be 3-4 minutes. They asked me to move to notwait in line so it wouldn?t mess with their timer. I obliged and waited 5 minutes then looped back around, the lady was stilloutside smoking. I got to the drive-thru again and was told the same thing. I?m totally understanding if she needed a break butthis was excessive or perhaps they were just trying to not have any orders or what, but that was an awful experience. Read more
I have been to this location about three times over the last year. Every visit has been bad, I gave places and people second... chances everything isn't going to be smooth all the time. I'm here to tell you stay away from this place! They are slow,unorganized, and just seem to not care which makes you wonder about the food itself. I went this morning to get 1 coffee I wasthe only one in line & was asked to pull forward to for CREAMER! I don't know who's running this Wendy's, but they should beashamed. Read more
I had a coupon to get a premium sandwich for $1 with the purchase of another. I have to believe that Wendy's has downsized their... burgers. Their flagship burger, the Dave's single, looks like a regular Whopper Jr and the grilled chicken is so thin anymore.The Popeyes chicken sandwich is twice as thick! Their burgers just aren't premium anymore, and the prices certainly haven't comedown. Read more
Cold chicken, moldy bread. Ordered food from this location in drive thru around 5 pm, and this is what we got.
Quick service, hot and delicious food. Staff is great with seeing expectations on any minor delays in food wait times.
Took 5 year old grandson for lunch at 1 PM and the dining area was practically deserted. Fast, courteous service, extensive menu... and clean facilities. Drive-thru was very busy. Read more
