Paid for a frosty that they couldn't make. Asked for a sprite instead, so they make me pull up and wait for a small-sized soft... drink. Waited close to 10 minutes and no one came out with said drink, so I left. Garbage service. Read more
DO NOT go to this wendys. I have been overcharged here nearly every time I've come. That's about $2 extra they take from me... every time. Since it consistently happens over months, it's very possible that the employees here are over charging me andpotentially others as well and pocketing the extra. Read more
Food is good! No complaints there. The customer service, however, is horrendous. I went a couple weeks ago and had to wait 5... minutes at the speaker and talk to 3 different people before my order finally got taken. Just visited again and it was nobetter. The woman at the window snatched the money out of my hand and slammed the window shut. If she had waited more than asecond I would?ve told her I have correct change. When she gave me my change back she didn?t even give me a chance to turn totake it before she yelled ?Ma?am!?. When I finally got my food there was no ?Thank you? no ?have a good night?. Nothing. Nogreeting when I got to the window either. Now I have worked in the food industry, and I?ve worked customer service, and I wouldnever treat my customers like that. Do better. Read more
Quite literally the worst Wendy?s/fast food spot in my area. THE laziest workers you could possibly come across. I won?t speak... on all of them bc the lady in the window was actually nice, but? On one occasion, they messed up my order and I was told I?dhave to go back through the line to fix it. Tonight?s occasion, they were out of potatoes and I asked for fries to replace it?they gave me cheese fries without asking. I have dietary restrictions and can?t have cheese. & both my burgers + chickensandwich might as well have come out the fridge bc they were all cold. If any place is too lazy to even update their google hours to be accurate than you know it is not a place worth going to because... they don't think about the customers. Always half filled or only warm fries sold here as well. Read more
The workers have the nastiest attitudes here. I didn?t receive a receipt, my sunburst melon lemonade didn?t have much sunburst... flavor, the fries taste very overcooked, & the worker?s attitudes just topped it all off :) Read more
This is consistently the fastest Wendy's I've been to. Typically staffed with courteous and efficient employees, I have had a... good experience most every visit. This is the closest I've seen to that closed on Sunday chicken place, as far as handling along drive thru line without breaking a sweat. I'll definitely be back, keep up the good work! Read more
We got two number 1 combos and 2 five for five biggie bags and 4 small frostys. The service took a while but the drive thru was... packed. But she didn't give me my 3 cups and the mango pineapple lemonade. So when I finally got her attention because she wascompletely standing in front of me ignoring me, I told her what I needed and she made me go get my receipt even though she knewI ordered all meals that come with drinks. So I take her my receipt and she give me 4 cups, I remind her again that she has tomake the lemonade I ordered cause they don't have it on the floor. She just keeps trying to hand me the cup because "she didn'tknow that's the drink I wanted and its not on the receipt. I was like are you serious right now, I tell her her meal comes witha drink and she wants the lemonade. Well finally another woman comes over there and is like it costs 70 extra cents. So I gaveher a dollar told her to keep the dang change and finally got my kids drink. Then to top it off our burgers weren't fullycooked. Yeah I will NOT be going back there again!! Read more
