Had a long wait in drive through but the burger was worth the wait.

Where do I start...Too many immature kids working most of the time. We got there at 10:50pm (close at 11pm) and they held a line... up for minutes and wouldn't take orders because they were closing soon. Take notes from Chic fil a and try to get all yourcustomers before closing. It was only 6 cars in line to be exact. Be considerate. We will never go back to this location. Every time I?ve come here I never left with food. I keep trying cause we love Wendy?s. Either out of stuff, machine is broken or... closed early. Went tonight at 9:30 and workers sitting outside said ?we?re closed.? Not the end of the world but Iworked/managed a Wendy?s for 5 years, know fully what it?s like, and this store just seems like it?s run so poorly. We asked for 4 biggie bags and were expecting bigger size items. Hench the name biggie bag. What we receive was nothing better... than a kiddies meal size that's including the drink. We were beyond disappointed. We had been on the the road for over 4 hoursand want a good hot meal as did my teenage granddaughters. This is a stop they get to take everytime we meet up to have themspend time with us. As they live on opposite sides of the state. That is not what we received on this day. Who gives a kiddiecup size drink with what should be a regular meal and regular size drink not something for a small child. I know everyone haschose to cut corners and downside everything while prices go up up up, but i know i am not the only one that would perferbetter quality than always smaller portions of less desirable products. I choose Wendy's because i have had good quality fromthroughout the years, but if this is the type of quality you wish to serve i will no be stopping there anymore.
