The Customer service was terrible, they had a nasty attitude and I was being respectful the whole time, and all I asked was... items from the menu and got a ? it?s not up there, how many times do I gotta say it? then why would you have it on the drivethru window if you don?t got it. Most of the items I tried to order, they didn?t have and they had a rude tone. And they said topull up to the window, I was surprised to see that the manager did not care how disrespectful the staff was for the drive thru.I feel like the owner of Wendy?s should close that place down and restart the staff by scratch with good attitude, and who wantsto be there and handle the customer with better service not with a nasty attitude after one lil thing goes wrong. I hope all theterrible staff gets fired So they can realize they need that job and that they need a better attitude and better customerservice to keep a job Because what is a business With terrible attitude and customer service.??????????? Love Wendy's, eat frequently, but the service at this location was awful. Ordered ahead online for pickup at drive-thru. Arrived... and was told to come inside, not a big deal, but it seemed odd with only 2 cars at the drive-thru. Then I stood inside, waitingfor 15 minutes on "fast" food I had pre-ordered. As I waited I could enjoy watching car after car pass through the drive-thruuntil eventually I got my cold food. Total waste of time. Read more

The most terrible experience, for the 2nd time around. After my 1st and only experience, I vowed I would never give THIS... FRANCHISE LOCATION MY MONEY ever again. Fast forward 2 months later, my MIL wanted to stop there, I refused to order anything,but I was driving so fine we will go through the drive through. My first time was in person, 2nd time drive through - maybe Iwas wrong - GUESS WHAT I CALLED IT, even more terrible than the first time. If you want the worst customer service ever, gohere, worst management protocol go here. If you don't want to wait in any line go here (but KNOW there is a reason for that). Read more

I avoid coming to this location during my lunch breaks; the drive through is always painfully slow and I end up coming back late... almost every time. Over the years of trying to give this location chance after chance, it seems that they struggle on findingand keeping quality employees capable of working with any sense competency or respect for guests. It is not uncommon to berudely addressed at this location. As I drove away today, and checked my bag, I find that not only was I not provided my receiptor a straw but also I was given the wrong burger. How do you mess up a baconator being that it's the signature item on the menu?I did not have another 45 minutes allotted to me to wait in line and attempt to have them correct it so I had to deal with it.It's not the first time I was given the wrong order, and if I find myself coming back again I am sure it wont be the last asthis location seems to be defined by incompetent staff. I challenge someone to see when the last order was actually taken at this store tonight. I swear the staff held the line just to... avoid taking orders. I waited almost 40 min after being literally stuck in line hearing the cars in front of me yell hello atthe speaker over and over. When I finally get to the window they looked so happy to tell me they closed. I asked what time theyclosed and was told at 9:35 they closed at 9:30. I mean it?s fast food so expectations now high but did pull up for breakfast. Asked if serving breakfast because the menu was on... lunch. They said it was bc it?s raining. Ordered, got food and asked to pull up to get food that they would bring out to me inthe rain. Just wanted to see if made sense to anyone else. I usually don't post a bad review anywhere but this place needs better customer service so my inner Karen must speak up. There... was no breakfast menu up so I drove to the window to see if they were closed. I was greeted with a nasty attitude and facegesture. I explained that I wanted to check if they were closed and tried to order. The employee then told me to go back to thespeaker and order. Still no menu and no coffee iced or hot. I knew what I wanted so I let that slide but then I get no receiptand once my food was handed to me they just shut the window like it was a drug transaction and they needed me to move for thenext addict.
