My family and I visited my son in Raleigh, NC and on the way home to Virginia we stopped by Wendy's. It was about 930 PM. We... ended up waiting 20 - 25 minutes for our order. Mind you they were not busy at all and the lobby was closed. There were 2 othercars waiting for their orders too. When we finally received our food, our fries and nuggets were cold and we were missing partof our order. They did bring us out hot fries and our missing food upon request, but why was our order so messed up afterwaiting for nearly a half an hour? They definitely need to step their game up! Read more

I have never been to Wendy's before, so I'm not sure if this is a typical experience. I got a coupon for a $5 biggie bag, and... they refused to take it despite it being a month before expiration. I got the thing anyway, and the food was simply terrible.Genuinely the worst fast food burger I've ever had. I felt sick for the rest of the day, and to make things worse, it wasn'teven enough food to qualify as a meal, I left hungry. Read more
Why is it that I always have to pull up and wait for my Order even when I?m the person in the drive thru? Doesn?t matter what I... order it always happens. Also they have a sign that says face masks required yet there employees aren?t even wearing them. Read more
They always mess up my order and the drive-thru is slow. Nobody has time to spend 30 minutes in line for fast food just to get... the wrong order and repeat the process going back. Any other nearby option is infinitely more efficient. Read more
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is one ghetto Wendy's. I ordered a $5 biggie bag and they gave me only two nuggets and one dipping... sauce.
