Had a tough few weeks and I sit down and the lady is so patient as I struggle to collect my thoughts, constantly stopping and... rereading and trying to remind myself what I was saying. Waited almost 10 minutes to get my order, when the waitress finally showed my wife tried to give her the her entire order, she... refused until she first took everyones drink order, it's now been another 5 minutes and still no drink, finally get the drinkand theres stuff floating in the glass. Terrible service. Focused on online orders while ignoring people waiting inside. I finally got a place to sit and waited another... 15 mins. Constant shouting, joking, etc. between workers. Got my order wrong 2 times. No apologies. Never again!! I've beencoming here for years to eat and relax and I left in a bad mood with greasy food to eat amd a terrible attitude towards thepeople giving them business. We enjoyed our Saturday breakfast at this location. I will admit at first I doubted we would enjoy our meal by the tiny little... parking lot and long wait at the door but Miss Kim quickly changed our mind. My daughter had never been to Waffle House sincerelocating to Raleigh so I decided to take her today. Miss Kim took our orders after seating us and she managed the Saturdaycrowd with grace. My daughter decided on the All Star platter with hash browns and Bacon. I also had a platter with a PecanWaffle & grits. Our food came out quickly and everything was hot and fresh. I must admit, it's been a while since I've been able to go into a Waffle House and "ALL" of my food in it's entirety was so... delicious that I devoured it all! Now, I would have given them five stars however the young lady did not come back and refillmy tea until I asked for it when I got ready to walk out the door. Not only that, she never introduced herself to me as she hadon an old name tag that could not be read. Other than that the restaurant was clean and it smelled nice. The staff waspleasant, and the food was definitely cooked to my liking! So I would definitely recommend this Waffle House to any and alllooking for a good place to eat! Read more
The attention is terrible! The waitresses do not have an order of arrival, literally the one who arrives last eats first. ... There is no one to notify you that your table is ready and we were like stupid waiting to be served and other people who justarrived took the place that corresponded to us and all for not taking an order.
