Absolutely the WORST staff I have ever seen. I stood in front of the lady waiting for my online order that was right next to her... and she was too busy with her phone to acknowledge me. So I ask another waitress to get my order. Then the lady at the registerleft and didn?t come back as I was now waiting on jelly, so I had to ask the other waitress to get the jelly for me. Excellent service. Delicious food. However, it was quite busy in the dining room and everyone was working hard? except for... Fausto. He just told people what to do but never did anything himself. The place was just unorganized and filthy...they had waffle batter all over the counters..the night waitress was a mess...she... said she was overworked...ok bit that is not the customer fault...I told her as I was leaving u should just find yourselfanother place to work cause I have not seen some body that unhappy with they job that it shows in a long while...wow....shewrote down the order and still didn't remember what we ordered..I had to tell the cook directly what I wanted..then when I wentto pay the other employee that checked me out said nothing to me...not a hello...not a how was your food...not a u need tosign... then after I walked out and was on the way to the car she decided to talk and tell some to come back and get me...awfulexperience for the night shift....if you decide to go to this place please go on the day time...way better staff...earlymorning...hopefully..they will get it together one day Read more

I've never been to a waffle house! What a fantastic place. The food is served hot and fresh. It was delicious. The staff were... above-and-beyond phenomenal, friendly, efficient and upbeat. Lastly and most importantly for me the place was SPARKLING CLEAN.Floors, tables, counters, even the parking lot and sidewalks. Two thumbs up! Read more
