I wasn't impressed with this location today! They highlight having a great crew on the wall, yet at the time we arrived, there... were about 4 waitresses and only 1 waitress was on the floor taking orders. I myself work in restaurant management and I wassurprised to see one waitress serving all the folk coming in during the post dinner rush. I understand the turnover rate may behigh, yet if the other waitstaff weren't so busy on their phones, they could have provided better service to customers such asmyself instead of replying " we have 1 waitress on the floor, she's busy, she'll be over soon". She got a $20 tip from me today,because workers like her are hard to come by now a days. She is definitely an asset to your company. Read more
Server was slow taking my order, only 6 other customers in the place. After a long wait got food served on an ice cold plate... dropped off on the sticky table. Bacon was burned. And they took their sweet time dropping off my clammy food and burnedbacon. Ice tea tasted like dish water, asked for another but never got it. I'm never going back. Read more
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food is ok. Not bad, not the greatest. Prices are reasonable too. We go... occasionally for breakfast, but from my understanding, the best time to go is like 3am after a night is drinking:-) Read more
Sat down and waited for around 10 minutes and was never addressed by either of the two woman who were there, and one even walked... to the back when we entered, no menus, no welcome, just being ignored while we?re seated directly in front of them. I loved the waffle! I met up with a friend who lives in Raleigh while my mom and I were visiting the area. She spoke so highly... of this location, so we agreed to meet up here. I am glad we did. My mom ordered a $5 meal that caught her eye and was veryhappy with her selection. She also raved about the coffee as well. I stuck with a single waffle with chocolate chips on top. Iwas in heaven! Mom and I are now officially excited about Waffle House as a whole due to this one breakfast. 2 ladies fromColorado have been 'waffle-mitized' for sure! Read more
This place was absolutely horrible! We walked in a little after midnight on March 16, 2022, because we just got off the airplane... from flying all day long and my husband and I had not had anything to eat all day because flights don?t offer food due to Covid.We sat there about 20 minutes while the two females that were cooking and taking orders from other nationalities- all whilecompletely ignoring us and never saying a word to us and walking past us and refusing to look at us. I?m all about customerservice. My boss says my integrity is unmatched and I?m in the customer service field daily. All we wanted was a hot meal after12 hours of not eating anything. I can ASSURE ?these? ladies that would have never received the treatment in Oklahoma at anyWaffle House- that we received here. I guess if your white you don?t get served at this Waffle House. We have told our friendsabout this and we will be contacting someone much higher. We would?ve tipped these ladies very well as I work off of tips myselfin the hair industry. Their loss. Read more
