My 3rd time coming this month and every time I?ve gotten a nasty attitude from the server malaijah (server it says on the cup) I... thought she maybe just isn?t the nice type then she proceeded to take the guy after me and was nice and smiling taking hisorder. Placed order via their app at 5:35 p.m. last night. Three drivers tried to do pickup between that time and 7:20 p.m. (when the... last driver informed me that the doors were locked and the staff told him they were closed). I tried calling after eachnotification came through the system that my order had been modified and I needed to contact the shop. No one answered. I ordered online and I ordered no ceaser dressing and of course they put it up there anyway. I went all the way back to the... store and I asked for a refund and was told because I ordered online I couldn?t get one. She asked if I wanted them to remake itI said no because if they couldn?t read instructions the first time why would I want them to redo it after having to return.Receipt clearly said no ceaser. I'm really surprised at how good the wraps and quesadillas are here. Of course you would expect the smoothies to be good and... they are. However, the food is also really good. Also, smoothies here are a lot cheaper than they are at a gym and they alsocome in a styrofoam cup, which may not be good for the environment, but it keeps the smoothie cold for a long time. An unfortunate day. My husband went in to order two smoothies for me, a Mango Magic and a Strawberry Chia Lemonade. We went in,... and when he placed the order said that the Strawberry Chia Lemonade was a retired smoothie, and asked if they could makeit. They nodded yes, and he paid and brought the smoothies home. The Mango Magic was great, as it always is. The other smoothiewas a Strawberry Chia Banana Boost - not the Strawberry Chia Lemonade. It is only a mile and a half from our house, so he tookit back. I remember the ingredients, and that it is a retired smoothie but I have had it made for me in the past, so I thoughtmaybe they misheard him. Simple error. He goes back, and they refused to make the smoothie. Said they couldn?t, didn?t knowhow, no way to ring it up, etc. He asked them for a refund, they refunded it to his card. I wish I could tell you who thecashier or the manager was, but they weren?t wearing nametags. Had they said they couldn?t make it at the beginning it wouldn?thave been an issue, but to be told yes, have the wrong smoothie made and bring it back only to be told no?that?s a bit of agaff. TLDR: was told yes to making a retired smoothie, wrong smoothie made, returned to have it remade and was told no, hadpurchase price for wrong smoothie refunded. Ordered two smoothies which came to $21.56 The tropical smoothie website took my money but sent the ordered through Doordash.... The driver never delivered my smoothies, and never even sent me a screenshot. The store would not help me either and I never gotmy money back for ordering through THEIR website. Read more
