This place is great. Perfect example of hard workers and friendly customer service. Now I will tell you that some of their... blenders are broken and looks like the quesadilla machine is broken and also their bathrooms are broken all the time that thisin no means takes away from great staff. The manager Vincent is always nice and helps so fast despite him not having propertools to do the job. Customers can see he enjoys his job. I hope he can find another company to help him excel if they wontprovide the tools needed for him and staff (they appear understaffed during the busiest times of the day. Very disappointed. We got two different smoothies. Both literally tasted like nothing. No flavor at all, didn't even finish... them. I also got a wrap. It was just generic with what tasted like frozen chicken in it, nothing fresh. Save your money, gosomewhere else. Read more

Wish this were a one time experience. This location, and only this location, has repeatedly failed to have orders made in a... timely fashion. Contacting corporate headquarters is useless as they take no responsibility for the repeat failures whichinclude making the wrong smoothie. The store manager and regional manager both ignore requests to discuss the errors anddelays. Read more

I made an online order in the morning prior to going in to work, but when I went to pick up my order, the door was locked and... the lights were off. I double-checked the stores hours on google and when I called - both said that they should have beenopen... I went to work disappointed and confused, but decided to call the location 30-minutes later. A young girl answered thephone explaining that the staff for the morning shift were late. I asked if I could have a refund for my order since I paidthrough the app, but she explained that it is a huge hassle to actually get a refund and that I can try to come later to get myorder. I was already at work, but I decided to go on my lunch break hours later. I was really hoping to just get a refund formy order because of what happened, but I was told that it wasn't able to be done. I really hope that the management changes andis able to properly look out for its customers next time. Read more

There needs to be better organization with placing orders together. I got my order delivered which should've been two Flatbreads... with 2 smoothies and chips. I got 2 smoothies but only 1 Flatbread with chip. If a full order isn't ready maybe don't put it outyet. Or if it is ready make sure the whole order is together. Oh, and forget trying to call, no one answers. Read more

I called my order in and the person was distracted while I was repeating my order twice. Only to get there and have the lady say... they didn't add the extra peanut butter in my smoothie. I said that's fine because I was in a rush to leave ....the reason why Icalled the order in. I said I'll take what you've made. I might as well ordered the ingredients separate and just chew it! Thewhole point of a smoothie is to be smooth drinkable. Read more

I like their smoothies a lot and they are priced much lower than my gym. The food really surprised me though. I didn't expect it... to be as good as it was. My wrap was grilled and crispy and my son loved his chicken and cheese quesadilla. Read more

Just ordered from this location, 3 smoothies,one wrap and a banana flat bread. My flat bread is extremely burnt and crumbles as... soon as you touch it. My 3 smoothies didn't come with straws. I called to inform them of problem (asked for manager) they wereso nonchalant about the whole thing and asked if I can come in. The whole point of delivery is bc I couldn't come in. So aftertrying to just eat the flatbread I called back bc it wasn't edible. I asked for refund she told me again so nonchalant thatshe'll have to contact doordash for the refund. I'm a little lost bc doordash didn't cook the food or forget to put the strawsin the bag. I always considered this location to be the best of the 2 in this area but now I'm having doubts.
