I drove my happy hips over to this location. Got there at 8:42pm (gps). The open light was off although the hours stared they... were open until 9pm. I walk to the door to ask if they were open. There girl looked at me as if there were a problem and saidyes but I can she didn't want to be bothered. I asked if there were actually open or did she not want to be bothered. She againgave me a bothered "yeah"! I told her nevermind. Didn't want a smoothie with a side of bad energy...or something else. I get itclose to closing time but come on man. Great smoothies but last time they forgot my candy straw which costs extra. It is my favorite smoothie place.

Ordered two smoothies. One whey one pea. I saw the receipt said two whey smoothies. We pointed this out and the young lady... stared at the receipt and spoke to the cashier and proceeded to continue to make and serve two whey smoothies without sayinganything. It hurts me to leave a 2 star review but I was shocked that a store in such a nice area had a group of young adults working and... using foul language. I've never seen a worker drinking a smoothie while taking an order. I couldn't understand what he wassaying because he had a smoothie in his mouth. I asked for no sugar in my drink and I'm fairly certain it has sugar seeing thatI order the same drink at other locations and know the taste. I love coming to tropical smoothies because of their greatservice, attention to detail on orders and quick turn around. I?m actually writing this as I?ve been standing here for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, and I?m currently the only... customer in the store. 4 employees. They are too focused on their online orders and discussing their vacation to Florida?. OnceI was able to order the girl was just texting the whole time my transaction was being placed.
