The smoothies and the food are generally fine (overall as expected with the periodic ?off day?). But the reason for the 3 star... rating is just the lack of urgency and speed. I come here often as it?s the only smoothie place close by but they?re just soslow. Read more
I called to place a pick up order and the guy says he can't take any orders over the phone right now (even tho they do at any... other location) I decided to go over there and the guy is leaning over the counter on his phone. I said to him that I justcalled to here and you told me you not taking orders over the phone and he didn't say nothing. The entire place is a mess withfruit on the floor, the workers look dirty and shirts with wet stains on them. Containers with leftover pieces of fruit in themall over the counters. He started to take my order and I just told him nevermind and walked out. The place has went downhill.I'd rather driver to wake forest rd and watch them make my food in a clean environment. I went there today earlier with my girlfriend and I?ve been to a couple of tropical smoothies in the area and by far this has... been the best experience. Not only because of the food and smoothie but the employees too. They greet you the second you walk inand have the best attitude with you.you can see them singing and dancing in the back to one direction and they still bring outyou?re order so quick and have a laugh about it too lol. And I notice it?s always the same people who work on the weekend and inthe evening with the most energy and me and my girlfriend love it. Read more
This is not a safe place for those with food allergies. I reported a wrong order that contained shrimp, because the person who... ordered it had a severe seafood allergy- the crew laughed about the whole issue and was incredibly disrespectful. We will not goback to this location after this scary and completely unprofessional experience. Employee training is needed on safe handling ofcustomers with food allergies. Read more
First time here. I like my food DONE, AND I GOT A SIDE OF THE SWEET POTATOES AND THEY WERE RAW AND HARD IN THE INSIDE, COULDNT... EAT. SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY. THE SANDWICH WAS.GOOD, TOOOO MUCH LETTUCE THOUGH NOT ENOUGH CHIPOTLE MAYO. Overall Iwould go back to try other menu items. Read more
