If you want to drink coffee like a local, Third Place is your spot. It is a Raleigh icon and has excellent staff, a relaxed... vibe, and great coffee. Parking on Glenwood is precarious so just turn down the next street for parking! Read more

I have never been to the third place coffee shop and I was excited to go. A lot of locals had written good reviews on it and... when I walked in it was a cozy environment. The service was OK, which doesn?t bother me really. After I asked for my vanillalatte with oat milk, they said the total would be $9.04. I hesitated for a second, and then paid. I have never paid nine dollarsfor a latte in a city before, even in NYC. I?m not quite sure why the high cost, but I won?t be coming back as that is notsustainable for me. Read more
