I have to say that I?m very very picky when it comes to Colombian food, and it?s well known that NC that?s not have a very large... options to choose from, but for my surprise I went last night and I saw the owners who also started ?La Castellana? bakery andnow they moved to this place. I have to say, right when they opened the arepa bar I did not liked the food but a month ago, Igave them a second try and I was impressed by the good taste of their food. Also I?m impressed of the bad reviews from peopleand all I have to say it?s that if you?re complaining for the price of the food, just remember that EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW ITSHELLA EXPENSIVE, so please think twice before complaining for that, this family are picking up a business and they?re doing thebest they can. Everyone should give them a try, because it has the best street and traditional food and bakery variety thatyou?re going to find in NC!! All this being said, I have to give a big THANK YOU to Vilma, Arlex and their daughters for thehospitality and warmth that always provided me, my family and friends! The food was amazing! We got the picada arepa bar and added morcilla. The size was perfect for 2 people and gives a you a little... of everything to try. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We will for sure be back! Read more

I really think something is off with the reviews at this place. The food is amazing and the services is exceptional! We ordered:... I had an amazing experience! The workers were so kind!! They told us about their food and even gave us juice samples. The food... was amazing, and the portions are big! These are the nicest people. You can tell they take pride in their work!! At the end ofmy meal, a worker gave me a hot, fresh pastry. It was so sweet of them and it tasted amazing. I can?t recall the last time I?vehad such a nice dining experience. I felt so welcomed here. I would love to come back any time I?m in Raleigh!!
