Seems like the quality has become really inconsistent here over the past 2 years. I used to love eating here but last few times... the food was old or gyros meat was cut into giant chunks. The owner is great and friendly. I will give them another try but Iwish the quality wasn't so inconsistent. Read more

Excellent customer service and very nice owners! You can see people come here on a regular basis because a guy came in and the... owner simply said "the usual? " and the guy nodded. I was super happy they had gluten free pita available so I could order thechicken gyro. Was here for lunch to treat my sister and a friend and we fought over paying. The owner kindly offered us somefree dessert samples for being generous people and I thought that was a very kind and generous gesture. The atmosphere is casualand bathroom was a surprise (not what I thought it would be) as it was nicely decorated. The only reason for removing a star isbecause unfortunately what ever they marinade seasonings used for the chicken did not sit well with my stomach but I also havemany food intolerances (including preservatives). Just thought that might be helpful to know for all my dietary sensitive peopleout there. Read more

It was my first visit to Taza, but certainly not my last! The two young men behind the counter gave me great recommendations,... and even let me try some of the lamb before I ordered. The portion size was generous, and the lamb was tender and delicious. Itwas so good, that after I finished, I went back for a to-go plate to bring home to my husband. Will 100% be back!! Read more

Really not good. I had a gyro once that was great there. Ordered a bunch of stuff yesterday for delivery, and it came quickly -... but the gyro meat was dry and full of ground-up bone and cartilage. We ordered another sandwich platter with fries, no friesincluded in the order. Ordered cilantro & garlic grilled potatoes - that had no cilantro, and were not grilled, garlic was heavyand raw. Barely cooked potatoes, under-done. Falafel was no good, very dry and dense. The hummus was good, but you getessentially a spoonful for $9. Ridiculously expensive for very small portions, and really, just not good food. I'm guessingthere was a cook who just wasn't trying, or wasn't paying attention to the order, but we won't be ordering there again. Severalbetter options in the vicinity. Read more

A decent restaurant but minimum options. Food is good, chicken was juicy, lamb was good. Falafel was a disappointment. Chicken... platter and chicken kabab is just the same. Hummus, pita bread was decent. Menu seems lot but at the end everything just comesdown to three items. Lot of space to sit. Read more

We were greeted with a very friendly ?Hello Friend!? If you are not familiar with this style of cuisine, everyone is extremely... helpful and suggestive in guiding you towards choosing a meal you will love! This place has been an institution for thirty plusyears - since 1988 according to the owner! Once you go once, you will understand why. We ordered the lamb platter and chickenshish kabob platter with a shawarma wrap to go. Everything was fresh and delicious. Seriously, my boyfriend and I could not getit into our mouths quickly enough. The hummus was creamy and super flavorful without any overwhelming flavors of garlic. Thetzatziki was mild and refreshing - very well balanced. They do not skimp when it comes to toppings on anything. The chickenshish kabob was grilled to order, with that grill flavor everyone knows and loves. The lamb was crispy yet juicy and succulent. They have a pepper relish that is good enough to eat on a shoe and fresh garlic sauce that rivals any place I?ve tried in thestates and abroad. Don?t miss the Taza spice blend - conveniently in shakers for customers to take with them or to shake on topof everything and anything. It is spicy yet full of flavor. You can even buy containers of it to take home!! Oof - and thecherry on top - the free baklava that was gifted to us for being first time customers. Now, my family is Armenian. I grew up onbaklava and make a mean baklava myself. This baklava was buttery and flaky yet moist and sweet. I love desserts that are notoverly sweet and that is hard to achieve when it comes to baklava. This place has got it figured out. Go and pay Sam a visit -day or night. This is a great spot and one not to be missed. I will be back again and again and again. Read more
