The food was practically inedible. I should have checked the food before I left to come home with my to go order because I would... have just asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. I managed to choke down about a half of the completely destroyed "crunchy" tacothat was soggy before it completely fell apart. The "chips" for my chips and cheese looked like they'd dumped out the bottomcrumbs of about six bags - not one piece of chip was larger than a dime. The steak quesadilla absolutely could not have everbeen put on the griddle/grill/press whatever you want to call it because the cheese was still solid and the tortilla wascompletely limp. It wasn't cut in slices, but random pieces all criss crossed. For some reason this location doesn't have pintosand cheese as an option for a side on their menu, so instead I said to sub out the black beans with the pinto beans they use forburritos, add red sauce, and shredded cheese on top. I'm not sure what happened, but it was still a bowl of black beanscompletely drowning in red sauce. This was without a doubt the worst meal I've ever received from Taco Bell and I'm shockedanyone working there even felt comfortable sending this food away with a customer. Read more
Literally just left this place and ordered 3 chicken soft taco supremes. They informed me they didn?t have tomatoes but I?m... paying for the ingredients. I ask what they were prepared to compensate for the missing ingredients. They discounted me for nothaving tomatoes. Instead gave me 2 chicken soft no sour cream and 2 cinnamon twist which I didn?t ask for neither do I eat. Comeon y?all do better. Ordered take out and they got the order totally wrong. Ordered Crunchy taco supreme and got a breaded chicken taco on a flour... tortilla. I could not eat it because I am gluten sensitive. Read more

Dear owner, Please shut this place down, fire your employees, & hold a hiring event for new ones. Every time I come here the... staff could care less about customer service and do a terrible job at making a simple burrito ????. Extremely slow. I had paidfor a diet Pepsi which was very light colored meaning the syrup was running dry. I asked for them to change it and give me areplacement. Evertime I go here. I get the crunch wrap thinking it will improve. But I ask for extra meat because they don't ever give me any... meat on my crunch wrap. So I order extra.
