This Taco Bell gives the restaurant chain a bad name. The staff here is extremely rude. Quite literally DEMANDING that customers... use the kiosk to order and refusing to take orders at the counter. Even when they?re not busy. One employee is extremely rude inparticular, even shouting at customers when they?re not familiar with the kiosk. It makes it an uncomfortable experience foreveryone in the building. I love Taco Bell but I won?t return to this one until the staff is corrected or replaced. Read more
The lady working the drive-through is a saint we ordered like 1 million things and were very confused she was very patient. They... almost got everything in my order was right which if they didn?t it would be a miracle for them. I want to start with saying that they were incredibly short staffed but Tiesha, Shawn and Julia rocked it! They were working... hard and stayed focus even though they were slammed. I was very impressed and will be visiting again soon. My order was accurateand the food was great! Read more
I ordered online before I went to pickup my meal and still spent an hour sitting in the drive-thru. Despite the sign saying that... the inside closes at 10:00 and the drive-thru closes at midnight upon my arrival at 8:30 the doors to the inside of therestaurant locked. There were only three crew members on staff and they were only willing to service customers who had orderedonline prior to arrival. With this being the case one would assume it would be easier for them to service customers and move theline however that was not the case. I'll start with the fact that I never have very high expectations of the quality of service at Taco Bell. The past few times... You know Igotta blow this place up! My niece us the Manager. I stopped in on the way to my destination, she was expecting me and... although I was full, she hooked my friend up with a Salad Taco Bell offers with rice, lettuce and all the fixings. Her name isDonyl!!! Tell her that her Aunt Naomi told you to give you that good Salad she made for her friend. You will be smacked down.How do I know?
