I?m not sure what happened because I?ve orders from here plenty of times. But we got some Taco Bell and they messed up royally.... If you look at the pictures there?s barely any lettuce (basically four slivers in each), a little cheese, like a spoon full ofmeat, and there?s tomatoes for some reason (we didn?t order supreme). My dad?s Mexican pizza had tomatoes (which he asked for notomatoes). We got a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea. Read more
This Taco Bell never seems to be open no matter the time of day. I have tried to order through grubhub because it said it was... open, just for it to be cancelled multiple times. Bad services, I went to this location at 8:18 pm and the inside and drive-thru was closed(why). They had shut the restaurant... down but reopen it. Therefore canceling all UberEats orders. If staff is paid enough their want be a need for shortage. Justshut down this location because its bot beneficial to the community. Read more
Pulled up at the drive thru speaker and was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait. I was the only car in the drive thru and... another person was already waiting at the window. I said how many people are here? I saw hardly any cars in the parking lot. Herexcuse for no people was they were doing mobile orders too. There's no way. The cherry on top was the fact that I was now stuckin this drive thru bc of the concrete barrier. There's no way that even with say 5 mobile orders that it would completely shutdown their operation. Okayyyyyyyy.....so this Taco Bell has gone through a lot of ????..however the good far outweighs the bad...and Brittany... definitely adds to the goodness in spite of all "the drama" that has surrounded this store in the past. The manager is either never there or late. Leaven the staff you pick up the slack. The dining area is never open. I live within... walking distance and I have to walk to the drive thru to get my order. There's never any signs put up to let you know that thedining area is closed. It is an inconvenience. Either hire new managers or close the store. Because going there is a waste oftime. Read more
So would give a one star! Worst service ever ! I press the toasted chaulpa box for $5.00!!! As you can see right in the menu .... And anytime you got to any Taco Bell there box is 5.00 . Not this one they charge you 5.99!!! I usually upgrade my drink andit?s .20 something. So I asked the guy working why is it 5.99 he said tax!! Wow no sir it wasn?t with tax my total for all was6.59 including tax !! I work in retail and it?s crazy how customer service is! Terrible experience. It took over 20 minutes to get a My Cravings Box done. I was the only person inside and most likely the... only order on the employee?s screen. She was not even trying to finish the order in a timely manner. She?d start and leave thehalf made item on the line and go somewhere else to talk to a coworker or just avoid making it WHILE I WAS THERE IN PLAIN VIEW.Also the workers there would leave the kitchen into the lobby with their gloves on and not replace them. There was one workerwho literally had crocs in his hands, took them outside to his car and came back with the same gloves he left with and wentstraight to the line. Disgusting. Read more
