This location has let me down. Walked in and went to one of order kiosks and placed my order for a Nacho fries box. Then it took... almost 15 minutes to get. No one came to the counter to acknowledge my order until just before it was ready. A young man handedmy order and I mentioned that the kiosk screens were filthy and he seemed to be confused and unconcerned. Took my order to mycar and before leaving found the Nacho fries cold. Took them back in and with apologies was told it would be take 2 to 3minutes. On top of that drive through seemed to getting their orders rather quickly. I ordered online, and I double-checked to make sure that our order was correct on my part. This taco bell didn't even nearly get... my order right. Not even close. They didn't give me the burritos I ordered, so they tried to compensate by giving me extraburritos that were cheaper and less desirable. They didn't make me the correct freeze drink. They slapped the wrappers aroundthe tacos, but they made sure that sauce packets were stuffed into the partially opened wrappers...so I guess I'm thankful forthat. Nobody acknowledged me hardly, other than to use the kiosk as opposed to someone actually checking to see what I wanted. Ihad ordered online. They nearly messed up the order as they were making it. Which doesn't really matter because they didn't evengive me the right food anyway. Who knows what they were making. It was like they were performing improv. I had to result toputting my review/complaint on here because nobody wants to answer the phone, probably because it would be ringing nonstop.Almost like a telethon of mediocrity. Dine-In Review: I left the store angry because the air conditioning inside was frigid. I spoke with the manager and he said that... he wasn't allowed to adjust the temperature. (So either his boss isn't giving him what he needs to help the customers or helied.) We always expect our three Taco Bell locations to be cold inside so we bring jackets with us. This particular visit wasso cold that we were freezing even in our jackets. We observed four groups of people walk inside and then leave because of thetemperature. Ridiculous. As for the food quality, it was average for Taco Bell. As for cleanliness, everything seemed clean,probably because no one could withstand eating inside. I want to like our Taco Bell locations more but these last few visits wehave not enjoyed. This should not be that difficult. Read more
I just want a normal bean burrito. The beans here are always so dry. I hate to complain but I just don?t understand. Every other... Taco Bell?s beans are smooth???? I will say, however, the staff is always very friendly and their other food is good. Read more
Worst taco bell i have ever been too. I had a simple order and neither of my burritos were what i ordered. It was right at... twelve when my crew arrived for lunch and there wasn't even ice in the drink machine. It took nearly twenty minutes to get myfood and since we were eating on the drive back i didnt even notice that the burritos were wrong untill we were gone. Box was crushed and food all over the bag. This is a nacho supreme but only cheese and beans. No tomato, no sour cream, no... beef. Wish I could get a refund. Waste of $. Don?t go here. Read more
Food keeps getting worse. No meat, barely any sauce, unmelted cheese. The tortillas I got today were ok lol (see pics). No... sauce, napkins, or receipt (guess they don?t want me to use a code and leave a review. Have always love Taco Bell but thislocation is ruining it for me. True Taco Hell as people say. Read more
I understand that there are staffing issues, but to mess up an order completely is a lack of attention. I ordered 3 tacos and 2... of them were wrong. And one had fries in them which must have been someone else's order. This location is always slow and closesearly constantly. The district manager needs to step up and help but I guess Taco Bell doesn't care about their staff and thefood shows. Don't go-to this location. Read more
