Ordered at 12:41pm using the app. Got to the location at 12:51. Told it wasn't ready which was fine. Then watched her make... three peoples sandwiches that had not ordered online. When I asked why my subs weren't ready she said "We take care ofcustomers first". I asked her "Am I not a customer because I ordered online?" She replied "We take care of customers first." Itold her to keep the subs and will not be back. Will get credit from corporate. This person should be fired. Read more
This was one of the worst subway experiences that I have ever had. The employee seemed to have never made work there a single... day in his life. I asked for a wrap and he had no clue where they were. He then proceed to make the wrap but did not cook any ofthe meat. The other employee had to stop him and tell him he was during it wrong. The other employee then proceeded to dig outthe parts that needed cooking to put into the oven. This process took 4 times longer than it needed to. The wrap was not evenwrapped well, it all fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it. The people I was with also had similar issues and there food wasalso just not cooked at all. Overall there isn't much they can mess up, besides service. I get the same thing EVERY time I go. The lady making my foot long... didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, and toasted it anyway. When I informed her that I didn't want it toasted she actedas though it was my fault. Gave me a shrug and asked "well, what u want me to do?"... I simply replied "remake it"... she wentto the back, I'm assuming to confirm with the manager and came back and started to remake it. Good quality ingredients and excellent atmosphere, but some (not all) staff members are somewhat poorly trained and sometimes... often get mad or defensive if you correct them regarding your order. Moreover, some (again, not all) of the employees seem tostruggle to comprehend basic English which only compounds the problem mentioned in the first paragraph. One star for quality ofingredients, one star for cleanliness and atmosphere, and none for quality customer service. Read more
They are the only one on Hillsborough Street now. Very nice and clean inside. The service I will say is slow and the parking is... tight. If you're lucky and go off peak hours you may be able to squeeze in. The salad ingredients are fresh! Read more
I've been to a ton of subways in my life and this one was probably the worst. They gave you so little on your sandwich it was... basically just bread and the cookies taste like they we 2 days old. Read more
Basic subway! They made a really good great garlic. AC isn?t the best so if you need to cool off, maybe look elsewhere.
