This lat Saturday evening Oct 9th, we were downtown doing a kids photoshoot, a 6 year old and a 3 year old, of course they had... to use the bathroom, we figured Subway was a friendly place that would allow our kids to use the bathroom without any problems.The cashier Told us No, because they were not paying Customers!!!!!! A 3 yr old and a 6 yr old. How Inhumane Are you to notallow kids to merely use the facilities. We didn't want any trouble, we weren't there to cause any issues. Ridiculous!!!! I go downtown for a meeting once a month and I usually go to this subway when I do. Today I had the Ultimate Spicy Italian with... lettuce, tomato, red onion, and ranch, with a side of doritos and a cheese cake cookie. I like the normal Spicy Italiansandwhich, which I usually get with mozzarella cheese, so the only difference with the Ultimate was the garlic, which was a nicetouch, really complimenting the taste of the pepperoni. What I didn't like though was that I couldn't choose my bread. I alwaysget an italian herb loaf for any sandwich I get, but the man who made it didn't even ask and just gave me a plain loaf. I didn'trealize it until I already sat dow. And started eating it; wasn't a deal breaker, but thought it was odd. Not sure if it's arecipe thing across all locations or a gaffe at this one. Ordered a sub for pickup and received one that didn't have what I asked for. Missing cheese, sauce, seasoning. I called in to... ask for a refund since I didn't get what I ordered. The person on the other end spoke extremely broken English. When he finallyunderstood me, he refused to refund me because "my money was already in the bank," whatever that means. I like subway, but thecustomer service at this location is god awful. Save yourself a headache and pick another location. Read more
